I've always been so scared of cracking bones, especially those in the neck. However Dr Melissa was gentle and took her time which eased my tension. I highly recommend this practice. The facility has super nice staff, state of the art equipment, is clean, well run and managed.

I started going to BeFit and Dr. Melissa because of a lower back problem. After about 6 sessions, my problems have been mainly resolved and I'm feeling great. I love this place and its staff.

Dr. Melissa is the best! After just 3 appointments, I feel incredibly better. The constant pain I felt daily behind my head, neck and upper shoulder area has greatly decreased.
