Dr. Babcock and her staff have been excellent for the entirety of the six years that I have been a patient. They patiently explain options and are very rational in their recommendations, as opposed to some other dermatologists that I have seen that seemed very eager to remove every mole and skin tag they could find!

Melissa is professional, honest, and truly nice. I am thrilled with this “one stop shop” dermatologist, so much so that I’m constantly referring people to them. Plus, my husband and son will only go to Babcock Dermatology for all their skin needs. Friendly, competent staff keeps us coming back ???? Monica Mc.

I have been a patient of Dr. Babcock for 5 years. After meeting Dr. Babcock I liked her so much that I recommended her to the rest of my family and friends. She is very knowledgeable and her staff is very pleasant. A couple of months ago I developed a rash and after explaining to the nurse that I was very concerned, I was able to make an appointment with Dr Babcock that day. My last dermatologist wasn’t a fraction as thorough as Dr. Babcock. She went over my body with a fine tooth comb. So impressive. And fast and efficient. A+

I have been a patient of Dr. Babcock for more than ten years and every time I encounter the most professional, resourceful, knowledgeable, and informative staff of any office I visit. I have had both elective and non- elective services and each time I have found them to be very supportive. I am impressed with the results I have received from laser procedures to reduce sun damage, scaring and facial veins. Honestly, it is difficult to fathom the decrease of deep acne scaring on my neck near my hair line; three treatments and it is so drastically changed that I am no longer self-conscious. I have also had several areas cool sculptured with fantastic results. I admit I might be addicted to cool sculpting, I always look forward to my HydraFacial and feel I look much younger when I leave after Dysport. In addition, I have been pre-informed of the good, bad, and ugly before each non-elective procedure and I am grateful for the attention to detail I have received. The results are great, but it is the personality of the staff that keeps me coming back. I made an appointment over the phone for a consultation about fillers. I specifically mentioned my eyes and that I might be interested in Restylane but I needed more information as I had never done anything before. My appointment was for 9:30 and I was told I was meeting with the PA - Amanda. I arrived on time - about 10 minutes early - but waited nearly 40 minutes before being taken to a room. Amanda and a nurse came in and they were very pleasant but Amanda told me that she does not do the under eye area that only Dr. Babcock injects that area. I asked if I should meet with the doctor and she said it wasn't necessary because the doctor had done this procedure on hundreds of patients. The thing is, I would never do something like this unless I had met the doctor and seen some photos and had a real understanding of what to expect. Amanda then pointed out a few things on my face, handed me a brochure with pricing and told me she would give me some samples of the neck cream and retinol cream and then she left. I approached the checkout and was told it was $100 for the consultation but I could use it toward any products I purchased. No one had mentioned a fee when I made the appointment. I left feeling kind of overwhelmed and upset. I didn't feel like I was any more clear on what I should do and what I could expect from any procedure. They are never running on time. Even when I book a early morning appointment, I still typically wait 20-45 minutes. This is consistent with every time I have come in the last year. About 12x.

The Receptionist was very rude hung up on me when I asked if my husband was still in the office he had a 1030 appointment it was 1130 the receptionist told me he was back with the doctor I tried to reach my husband he answered and said he was still In the waiting room And the Receptionist told him he never checked in This is not the first time this is happened at this office so I think we will be moving on . Arrived the usual 5 to 8 min early for my appt today. Was kept waiting for 30 min past my scheduled appointment time. Another person came in 15 min after me and was seen within 5 minutes. Terrible way to run an office with no feedback to the waiting customers.

Very happy with the medical care and attention to detail I have consistently received from Dr Babcock. Routinely see her for fillers and dysport. Reasonable prices and great results.

I thanked Dr Babcock yesterday at my appointment for her eagle eye and spotting a problem several years ago. I’ve been a patient of hers for several years and she is very thorough and attentive.

I was referred to Dr. Babcock by my PCP over 6 years ago and love having an excuse to visit their office. From cosmetic procedures like Botox to skin checks and spot removals, Dr. Babcock and team have always been professional, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Dr. Babcock gives great medical advice but also listens to concerns and works through a treatment plan that makes you feel the most comfortable. Would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Babcock’s practice.

I grew up in AZ. I’ve been super concerned about the threat of skin cancer. Dr. B treated me with an advanced regime that stopped trouble before it started and gave me real peace of mind.

I had the best experience in this office today. The procedure I had done today is typically a very painful one in the other offices I've been to. Today there was NO pain at all attending Dr. Babcocks office. I want to tell the whole world about this office. Dr. Babcock and her nurse Jenny are so caring and understanding! I have been treated by Dr. Babcock for several years due to sun damaged skin. I was a lifeguard in high school and cooked my skin. Last spring she saw a large flat black mole on my cheek and she did not like the look of it. She gave me several options (explained all of them completely) and immediately took a biopsy. When the report showed it was malignant she removed the area and the 'edges' to be sure. She described this type as 'very bad". The next morning the wound looked angry but she warned me and I did exactly as she suggested. Within days the area quieted down and quickly disappeared. You cannot see the scar now. Everyday I am amazed. My wife is a physician and said a Hollywood Plastic Surgeon could not have done a better job of suturing the wound up. Dr. Babcock did nothing less that save my face. She is very gentle, carefully explains every step of what is going to happen, makes suggestions as appropriate. Her staff is very helpful and courteous. I even had an early appointment and all the power had gone out so they dragged out a flashlight and the show went on and we all got a laugh out of it - but no discount for no electricity! She is also pretty enough where she could be a model on the side but is extremely sharp with her knowledge. Most highly recommend Dr Babcock! Both my wife and I go there for cancer evaluations. Dr Babcock is amazing. My whole family goes to her for different procedures; from my daughters acne, to my skin issues, to my wife's cosmetic treatments, we could not be more happy.

My PCP told me to come here initially and I usually trust his recommendations. He was right about Dr. Babcock! She is very caring and concerned about my skin. I have been going here for years and she provides excellent service. She also has some PAs that I have seen when she is not available. I have found them to be very knowledgeable as well. Amazing, friendly staff! Best I have seen in a doctor's office. Wait times can be a little long sometimes but it's worth it. 5 stars!!

I have been using Dr. Babcock for the last 4 years as my dermatologist. She has removed a couple of moles, one between my toes and one on my chin. I was amazed that there is no scaring on my chin. She did a wonderful job. I also use her line of products, and I absolutely love her sunscreen SPF 50 and her body lotion with green tea extracts. I definitely recommend her green tea retinol serum and eye repair treatment. If you want to try a product out before purchasing, just ask for a sample. They are happy to share samples. Dr. Babcock and her staff are exceptionally accommodating and professional. I absolutely love Allison who works at the front desk and helps make appointments. She is wonderful. I recently went to Babcock Dermatology to have a spot on my nose checked out. From my first call to their office, I was impressed. Their staff was friendly and made it easy to schedule an appointment. When I arrived on the day of my appointment, I didn't have to wait long at all to see a physician's assistant, and then Dr. Babcock. Dr. Babcock strikes me as a very caring and considerate professional. Turns out my concerns weren't warranted and she explained what was going on and steps I could take to prevent anything more serious from happening in the future. I had a large cyst removed from my back and Dr. Babcock did an excellent job. She explained the pros and cons of the procedure and I felt that I fully understood what to expect before and after the procedure. She seemed genuinely concerned with my concerns and discussed in sufficient details the scarring that I would get and how to increase my chances of having less of a scar. She had a soft touch and I felt no pain at all during the procedure. I would recommend Dr. Babcock for this procedure to my friends and family.
