I started seeing her after an illness, during a time of extreme anxiety, and during a period of grief. I highly recommend her. She listens, gives important insight, good advice, and I appreciate the use of cognitive based therapy as treatment for OCD and anxiety. i have been seeing Dr. Adams for a little over a year. And I have to say not only does she listens to you but gives advise in how to improve your feeling inside. I can't help as a male how beautiful and attentive and caring she is to your needs and tried her hardest to help you mentally to solve your problems.. I am a male and open up more to a attractive female about my problems. she is very attentive and wants you to get pyschologically better in life. I love her as a sister and listen to everything she has to give me. You cannot go wrong with this psychologist. she reallu has a heart of gold...
