I was experiencing pain for years. A local doctor in Swansboro performed a surgery. After the surgery, I was still having pain. I went to see Dr. Michelson as a second opinion. Dr. Michelson showed me the images where what the previous doctor claimed to remove was still there. She scheduled the surgery quickly and provided the much needed relief. She is a very smart doctor who does not believe in scheduling unnecessary procedures. She gets to the point quickly with the least amount of appts.

Absolutely love Dr. Melinda Michelson and her nurse! She is so knowledgeable with an excellent bedside manner! I HIGHLY recommend and trust her 100%!!

There is nothing better then finding a doctor that gets to know you and your individual issues and begins to treat them. I have only been seeing Dr. Melinda Michelson since Dec of 2016 and in 4 months she truly has given me my life back. She listened to what was going on, she consulted with me one on one and always made me feel important. CEWC is a busy facility and sometimes I have to wait for awhile to be seen, but I would truly wait all day to see Dr. Melinda because I get the care I deserve.

I couldn't say enough good about Dr. Melinda Michelson!! She was right on the money! I highly reccomend her! Wish I could have her as a regular family doctor!!

Dr. Michelson is simply amazing. She is so caring and supportive. She has been not only my gyno but also serves as my primary doctor. I trust her and highly highly recommend her.

Dr. Melinda became my GYN after many many years with Dr. Joyner. I have, from the very start, felt totally comfortable with Dr. Melinda and she is very good about getting back to me with any additional or new information. I find her to be caring, professional and very knowledgeable. Her nurses have always been great with me as well. I do believe she is taking excellent care of me!

Staff at Dr. Melinda Michelson's Havelock office have always been pleasant & accommodating. Dr. Michelson has been my Dr & surgeon for years, & has helped me through some very difficult times. She is very thorough, caring & reliable.

Many disappointments with many staff members. Medical data was not recorded correctly in my chart (I witness Nurse incorrectly entering digits and had her correct it); extensive wait; rushed by nurses and Dr.; rude responses to my requests and not interested in discussing my health; disregard for ordering procedures that are covered under my insurance (not discussed to give me options); scheduled appointments out of sequence; wrongly scheduled surgery; extensive problems with filing insurance.

I really believe she is a good doctor that cares about her patients. I wish I could have started going to her years ago. Thanks for being the doctor you are.
