Dr. Enfalt is an excellent doctor. However, I certainly do not appreciate receiving my test results via an app. This is health care, results should be delivered by a person! Taking the humanity out of health care is wrong! But I am sure it is cost effective for Advocate Aurora!

The most condescending, arrogant, uncaring, incompetent person I have ever met! Verbally abusive! Her license should be taken away. Every chance she gets she throws a dagger at you! Extremely disrespectful even though she is completely incompetent! I feel so bad for the elderly patients that she sees in the Garlands! Their families should be aware that she is probably verbally abusing them. Also, she has no idea why you are there to see her. When I said to her, "you don't even know why I'm here after sitting here for 15 minutes" her response was, "I do have other patients you know!" She just goes thru standard questions on her computer. She doesn't look at you and doesn't ask how you're feeling. Zero independent thought of her own! Completely incompetent! And has zero interpersonal skills. Please beware! And to the residents at the Garlands....please protect yourselves from her and bring a family member with you to ensure that you are being treated respectfully.

My insurance was changing, and at the same time I was in the middle of undergoing tests for a condition I developed. I was proactive and called to make what her office calls an establishing care appointment mid July / 2019. My insurance was changing on August 1st. The first opening they had available was 9/26/2019 I took it. In the mean time I needed a referral to a neurologist so I called Dr. Einfalt to see if I could get in sooner, I was told no, I could see another doctor for the referral. I saw another doctor who gave me the referral, but refused to refill any medications because she was not going to be my PCP. On 9/26/19 I arrived for my appointment with Dr. Einfalt, early as asked to. I was told they cancelled my appointment on 8/26/19 No one knew why, I was never contacted. Next appointment late Nov. Dr. Einfalt came out and said you don’t expect me to push my established patients to see you. Never an apology from anyone. She was very smug, I wouldn’t take my dog there!BEWARE!

This review is more about her office staff. Dr. Einfalt is direct and to the point which I appreciate. It takes forever to get through the 'Advocate' phone system to even make an appointment. Her staff is not very friendly or efficient. I will never go back and have since switched to Amita. This is the 2nd time I have chosen to leave an Advocate group; there will not be a 3rd time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Einfalt's for over 5 years and I must say that I have not had a bad experience. She listens when explaining systems and even when you send an email she responds rather quickly. Here response time is less than 24 hours and she recommends you to other doctors with the same concern and care that she demonstrates.

I have seen Dr. Einfalt for 20+years see is outstanding with listening to me as a patient... not just putting you on the table for the basic testing. nor does she talk over or around me to rush to the next patient without hearing me out. My medical problem I feel is her top priority. I feel she will diagnose my illness or refer me to another expert doctor in a specialty field as required The advocate call appointment system times can be very excessive and needs Advcocate management fix.
