The office reception staff is always so friendly and informative. They get the necessary patient info quickly and let you know the insurance coverage. Excellent! The clinical staff member that took care of me prior to physician coming in was again, so friendly and informative. Answered all my questions. Dr. Zahner, is always so nice, quick, answers all questions and give all the necessary info before and after procedures. The entire office is top notch in all the do!

Very short wait time. Dr. Zahner is so friendly, positive and gave me a thorough exam. She's awesome!

Dr Melanie is so great! It can be very scary to see a doctor about skin problems. But Dr Melanie makes you feel at ease and takes care of your anxiety. I highly recommend this practice.

Staff introduces themselves and are warm, courteous, and friendly. Waiting room has gorgeous artwork. Pt exam rooms clean and tidy. Dr Melanie explained everything she did for me and encouraged skin cancer screening.

I was seen within moments of my scheduled time. Dr. Zahner performed my body scan quickly and efficiently, commenting on areas of concern or letting me know when there was nothing to be concerned about. She was friendly and caring. She answered my questions with no pressure to pursue treatment with medication or visits.

I have been going to this place for a few years now and have never had a problem till now. I suffer with contact dermatitis and a severe latex allergy Dr Zahner is a great Dr and a credit to her profession my whole family goes to her as well. My problem is that with my last visit when calling for an appointment I was informed that even though I have a Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO policy and have no co-pay I was informed that Aesthetic and Clinical Dermatology implemented a new policy that because even though I do not have a co-pay that I would have to pay my 20% co-insurance up front because my out of pocket has not been met. Puzzled by this I told them that I don't have a co-pay and they said its not it a co-insurance payment I stated that I have always been billed and pay it upon receiving the bill. They said that Dr Zahner will no longer be financing a patients bill. So I called BCBS and they said there should not be anything due up front with a PPO policy and no co-pay or co-insurance payment. When speaking to I believe Miley in billing she said if its just A visit nothing would be due unless some kind of treatment was performed so upon leaving the receptionist asked the attendant that walked me to the front, so just a visit? she said yes the receptionist replied your all set . I scheduled a re check for the following Monday and left. the next day received a phone call from there receptionist saying that she forget to collect a $27.00 co-insurance payment from me and I told her I was told if it was just a visit nothing would be owed and she exclaimed YES THATS WHAT I WAS TOLD would you talk to Miley in billing and tell her this? So after talking back to billing I might as well have been talking to a wall of course she denied ever saying this and basically we were both wrong and she was right and kept repeating I never said that.... so I told her to cancel my next appointment....So long story short I'm leaving a good Dr to seek treatment elsewhere because of there un fair and un just and in my eyes what should be illegal treatment of there patients. And its nothing to do with the $27.00 dollars owed its purely principle and believe me when I say I have never had a problem with the Drs there or there care its there new unfair policy of putting money first over patient care. I have been seeing Dr. Melanie for many years. She is very professional, hard-working, smart as a whip yet very personable. I always feel that I am in good hands. This is an excellent practice and I totally recommend her!

If you have a skin problem like atopic dermatitis do NOT go here.

Dr Melanie is the best: knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. The office is run very efficiently.

Front staff is ALWAYS Rude, never get a warm welcome!! I have been a patient for a long time and never get to see the dr herself anymore it’s always a nurse and I always feel rushed and as I express concerns I feel I alway get brushed off!! I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I will not be returning!

Dr Zahner was my mothers dermatologist. She was so caring and so efficient she is now my skin Dr. Thanks Dr Zahner for taking your time with people to make them feel they matter! That is a true sign of a wonderful Dr.

Dr. Zahner instantly spotted a carcinoma on my eyelid that had been misdiagnosed by other doctors for months. I cannot imagine what would have happened to me if I had not been fortunate enough to see her. She is a great doctor.

Had a great experience with Aileen at the first appointment. At my second appointment, she acted like she couldn't be bothered. Didn't come within 5 feet of my face, I had to interrupt her to try to ask my questions which were deflected, and she didn't reference any records on me (if there even where any since they switched systems and no longer knew what I was allergic to) so I'm sure she had no idea what we talked about at our first appointment and made no effort to help me try anything new to help my acne situation. I saw Dr. Melanie today to have a Mole removed. She has always been great and her staff was really nice and helpful. I will definitely be recommending her to friends and family.

Great office with amazing people and Doctors. Their treatments are easily laid out for you and recommend what is necessary

Love her she's the best and I worked for a few Dermatologist too....Best attitude professionalism personality... totally I would recommend her in a heartbeat !

Dr Melanie is a very good doctor. But the staff especially the nurse who is in charge of prescriptions is very rude and arrogant. She has not customer care manners and she should not be working at a doctors office.

Very hurried office. Watch out for extra charges on your bill. Billing department was extremely rude, and rushed me off the phone when I was trying to get a better understanding of the fees. Will not be returning.
