Dr. Garala practices in a high volume practice, but he took time to answer my questions and even called me at work in response to an email. His epidural technique was smooth on my cervical spine and I made a rapid recovery. Thanks!

First I love the service and I love how they treat the patient and I had to come and anyone you have a problem like I am so please see this place special doctor Garala,MD and thank you God bless you guys

Dr. Garala is one of the most thorough, patient, doctors I have ever encountered. He explains things thoroughly. He patiently followed through with me over the course of four visits, initially for back pain, and then guiding me through PT, MRI, and injection. Highest recommendation.

He appeared nice initially during my sons visit in his clinic, but as the visit went he he kept becoming more upset with our questions to the point of condescending. We took son to a qualified sports med doc and we were right, there was a fracture. I do not recommend him.

Saw the doctor at IBJI immediate care facility on a Sunday ...for an ankle/foot injury earlier that day...x-ray taken and exam...MISDIAGNOSED as a sprained ankle when in fact there was a visible fracture on the ray after being seen by another doctor in the practice for a follow up visit that was not even recommended by Dr. Garala.

Today was my 1st appt in an attempt to eliminate constant pain I’ve experienced for 16 weeks! I’m not sure what the outcome will be but if it’s anything like my experience today, I’m so happy and excited I’m almost crying happy tears. No waiting! A doctors office that has an equal respect for the patients time as the patient is supposed to have for the doctors time. Total attention to the patient and then an examination. Discussion of the treatment plan in terms a non medical person can understand. A great bedside manner and a total positive experience in every aspect today.

I met Dr Garala in November 2018 and have seen him two more times for different spine-related issues. I am impressed with his diagnostic skills, the treatment options he provides and that he is patient with me when I describe my concerns. He listens, he evaluates and gives me his educated advice. i always feel in control, but not alone in making my treatment decisions. I am very satisfied with Dr Garala's practice and will continue to see him. Also, I wonder, after having read some of the less satisfactory reviews, if we are referring to the same person?

Does a great job of explaining everything and in a step by step, easy to understand way. Will answer all of my questions.

He seems rushed and agitated and a very poor listener. Doesn't seem to process and think out your problem. He comes to a rapid conclusion and he's out the door. His manner must also effect his staff.
