Dr. Gracy's warmth and reassurance makes getting a root canal about as pleasant as it can be. I wish she did general dentistry, because I feel more comfortable in her care than I have with any dentist I've visited in the last 67 years.

Dr. Gracy performed a root canal on a left rear molar 9 mos ago...By using excessive force the procedure resulted in trigeminal neuralgia; tooth/ear/head/eye still ache to this day... for which she abdicated responsibility to other dentists and ENTs.....and refused refund for a horrible outcome...and even had the nerve to suggest I had other "health issues" which I did not. Dr Gracy kindly worked me in when I was not an existing patient at her practice. She and her assistant took such great care of me and helped me get out of pain so I could get back to my life. I was a dental hygiene student at the time and have since graduated. The more time I spend in the dental field the more I am impressed with my experience with Dr. Gracy. Dr. Gracy did a root canal for me at her Lake City location. It was the easiest, nicest, most comfortable dental experience of my life! The office staff are amazing and super easy to communicate with. The facilities are clean and nice. Dr. Gracy is kind and easy going, and she talked me through the entire process. Later that night, she called to check on how the tooth was doing. Dr. Gracy did a root canal for me at her Lake City location. It really doesn't get any better then the staff at this office, they're great.

Explained what was going to happen, be felt, prior to performing procedures. Excellent! Pain free!
