Mazin Ellias

I have had Doctor Ellias ever since my near fatal snowmobile crash and got my halo n brace removed in 2008, then finished all my rehabilitation and treatments. I was referred to him from my surgeon who put my Halo on me while I was in Acoma. Doctor Ellias has been like family to me. I have been trying to get by since he told me he was retiring from Chilton and I had to get a new doctor about 1.5 years ago. It’s not working!!! I miss him so very much. I hurt so bad every single day! This new doctor doesn’t know how to do nerve burning on me like Ellias did. I hate getting my procedure done when I know it’s not even helping. I’m so depressed. Every so often I search to see if he’s back working. I’ll be calling to see. He’s the best!!

Dr. Ellias has been the best doctor I have ever had. He would go to bat for me when I needed it most. He went always went above and beyond. He cared, he actually listened. He was more than just a doctor. He has been the only doctor that I have ever had that actually cared. I am extremely sad that he retired during COVID. He continued to praise me and tell me how proud of me he was. I will never find another provider like him. <3

My whole experience with Dr. ELLIAS was outrageously AWFUL to where I am traumatized by what this dr had done and said to me. During the sedation part, I asked him what type of medication is he giving me and he replied saying it's a secret. As the medication hit me, it didn't put me to sleep so I'm thinking I needed a higher dose. I woke up and starting to move and get up because I thought the procedure was done but it wasnt. Dr Ellias yelled, "your a terrible patient" and then started grabbing things and throwing stuff in the surgical room. I Left that clinc balling my eyes out. I would NEVER go back To dr Ellias EVER EVER EVER AGAIN

Met Dr. Ellias today for first appointment. I have been in pain management clinics for the past 20 years, and never felt lumped in with the "addicts/dealers". My drug screen came up negative for not only the pain meds I take religiously, but the fentanyl patch I was wearing. He also said he wouldn't adjust any pain meds as long as i continued to smoke cigarettes. I am looking for a new pain doc now, maybe outside Ascension. Bedside manner was terrible!

Dr. Ellias is an excellent physician. He not only knows his field, he is knowledgeable about everything. I followed him to Chilton. I would not see any other pain management Dr. He listens to your conditions and complaints. His injections are not as painful as some I've had. I'd refer him to anyone.

Dr. Eillias has been my miracle doctor since 7-26-15 in Oshkosh WI for chronic lower back, legs and feet pain. Am on a successful program. He is moving his practice to Chilton, WI (Aug. 2018) At age 66, I also battle anxiety and obesity and he has always been kind to me. At first visit, he knelt down with a clipboard and began diagraming a detailed plan which gave me so much hope. Brilliant man in my opinion. Highly recommend him. Saddened to hear he is leaving. Was an amazing Dr. Wish he was still with the office I go to. The first doctor that acknoled that I have I have fibromyalgia. I truly miss him and the treatment plan he advised. My life, unfortunately has gone downhill since he left and i will be probably be leaving the practice where he used to practice. Thank you Dr. Elias, wish you were still my doctor.

Dr. Ellias has been wonderful to me . He always tries to help anyway he can and also find the source of the pain or problems causing the pain, not just cover it up. When I met him he came up with a game plan for me based on my symptoms and diagnosis. I’ve had many steroid injections in my back and neck due to severe pain from different problems I have. He does a most excellent and professional job at these injections. I trust him completely and recommend him highly to anyone .

Dr. Ellias was the only Dr. I had that understood what I was going thru! He knew what he was doing when it came to injections in the back and always made sure you were having no pain with the injections! I really miss him! Linda Bauske

I was impressed by Dr Ellias' knowledge and experience on chronic pain. Each procedure was meticulously explained until I had a full grasp of the pros and cons. I was amazed and delighted by how many treatment options were available- from acupuncture to Botox to medial branch blocks! The doctor spent the appropriate amount of time understanding my neck and back injuries and offering suggestions of treatment until I was comfortable and familiar with each procedure. I would recommend this doctor!
