Mr. Mazhar H Lakho

This place is very unprofessional & not reliable. Half the time they don't answer the phone. They don't call back when they are supposed to. It seems like they have a revolving door of new employees that never seem to last long. Something is definitely off about this place. My needs we're definitely not met. I personally do not recommend this Dr & his office to anyone. I would leave zero stars but unfortunately one star is the lowest you can rate.

As a new patient and new to this area I selected DR Lakho. Ist appointment was for a SEVERLY PAINFULL sciatica. the Dr. had a "Vertual Assitant" from the Phillapines on line on a laptop. after explaining my problem he ordered "assistant" to make a referal to pain management, refills to some of my Rx's and Pain meds, which I asked to be sent to my local phamacy instead of my insurances' pharmacy, as it would be 7-10 days to get them other wise and I was in severe pain. They went to insurance pharm and I was forced to suffer the wait! After 10 days and no responce from pain management I called the office and was told to give another 5 days. At the 2 week follow up I told the Dr. no referral yet ha reordered it and one to a PT. After a month of no referal. and several calls to Both offices there was no referal in sight, just lies that it was sent, and pain man. telling me they had no referal ! In Pain and desperation I complained to my Insurance comp. and they contacted both offices and found therewas NO RECORD of my referal availiable at Dr. Lakos offce at all, and the insurance rep told me they seem very inept. They agreed to have the problem solved in 2 days and would contact me about it, that NEVER HAPPENED! At that the insurance comp. urged me to change my PCP and I did so.....now how much of my info is foating around siberspace...HUMMM......one star rating is to good in my opinion! I've always received the best care. They truly know their patients and their needs. I have an excellent rapport with the whole office and it makes me feel good knowing they male theirs patients priority number one. Very good doctor and excellent staff.

The office manager did not want to hear about an error in payment which I paid. I asked her, so you're saying it's payment before patient and she said yes. Neither helpful or nice.

This is a very helpful hospital staff. You can leave it all on Dr. Lahko and the women that works there behind. Nothing escapes the office. Very secretive and secure outfit.

I went to this Dr. for over 4 years and his office staff had the Dr. drop me as a patient due to their mistakes and did not even attempt to make it right. I owed them $30.00 which I had made an arrangement to pay it in a week but instead I received a letter prepared by the staff but singed by the Dr. for not paying $116.00 and my account going to collections. I never owed that amount at one time and I have yet to hear a debt collector on this bill. Very angry I have to look for a new family Dr. over lazy staff that is not willing to admit to their mistakes.
