Dr. Maximilian Shahryar Shokat

Dr. Shokat is a amazing doctor. you listen too what you have to say and he don"t rush you out. after so many visit all the staff remember you you are and greet you with a smile.

Everyone in this facility - from Dr.Shokat to Amber Seago, to the receptionists and nurses - are all top notch, professional, and super friendly people! They've helped to curtail my pain immensely, when no one else could. In short, they've given me back my mobility and freedom once again, and I would recommend them to anyone truly seeking to alleviate their pain with as few medications as possible.

Dr. Shokat and his staff are very good caretakers/caregivers. I have been one of his first patients since he opened his doors And I am very pleased with him and his staff and I wouldn't dream of going to another pain center. Thank you Dr Shokat and Amber and the rest of the staff for a everything y'all do. As I said I couldn't dream of going to another pain center because I am very happy with Dr Shokat's office. He working with Dr. Gerald Kadis decided since my lower back problems could not be repaired with surgery to implant a Nevro HK10 in my back. Dr Kadis did my procedure. After 6 weeks I can say my life is almost back to normal. Any of you that have suffered with nerve pain know what I mean. They are a great team and I can not recommend them both enough.

I see Amber Seago at this office and I have to say she is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable about medications, and other treatment options. Her main concern is definitely the patients well being, and what she can do to try and give you a better quality of life. Anyone having doubts or second thoughts about giving this office A try....I say GO FOR IT. You won't be disappointed and your body and mind will definitely thank you.

Dr. Shokat and his staff are excellent and have provided me with professional care and understanding for the past year. He always takes time to listen to my input, as well as monitoring the chronic pain in my lower back. He explains the good and bad of changes in treatments and medications, along with related regulations governing certain prescriptions.

Dr. Shokat cares about his patients and is willing to explain their condition and treatment with them. If he feels like they need to be referred elsewhere he does not hesitate to do so. I completely trust him and would recommend him family or friends .

Attentive and caring treatment. Many options offered by Dr Shokat to help with my chronic pain issues. Very prompt - He stays very close to his scheduled times and his treatments have considerably improved my life. Helped make it possible for me to walk, stand and sleep again.One amazing Doctor!!

He is a great Dr and he will do anything in his power to help control your pain. I had 4 spinal injections and on the 4th I was finally able to start living again. Dr. Shokat gave me my life back...for that I will be forever grateful. But don't go to him if you just want pain pills because he is not that kind of Dr. He will make you angry if that is the only assistance you want from him.

The staff along with Dr Shokat are amazing.....They have gone out of their way to assist me many times.... tboyd

I am a physician myself and have used Dr, Shokat for injuries to my knee, chronic and acute muscular issues in my neck, and low back pain. He is very professional without being cold and clinical, and has done very comprehensive evaluations by way of his interviewing skill and physical exams. He has multiple modalities of treatment that he can offer, not just narcotic prescriptions. I work at a drug and alcohol treatment facility, and see the consequences of addiction. His work is top notch!
