Mr. Max Yeslev

Dr. Yeslev has been the best surgeon ever!! He got me and out in no time. His communication is superb and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trusting surgeon!!

Dr. Max Yeslev is hands down the BEST….. he is very kind, compassionate, and honest. He and his staff were amazing from day one. In December 2018 he began my breast reconstruction after my bilateral mastectomy. He explained everything step by step and answered any and all questions that I had. I completed my final breast reconstruction surgery March 2020. Results were AMAZING. Fast forward 3 years I went back to my favorite plastic surgeon to have an abdominoplasty and liposuction. I couldn’t be any happier with my procedure. Max done an amazing job. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased with my results. Dr. Yeslev is definitely one of the best around. The absolute best surgeon at Kaiser. Beside doing a wonderful job on the surgery itself, he is very responsive to emails and guides you through your recovery. I could not have asked for a better experience. This has truly changed my life. I was apprehensive a first because it is elective surgery and as a nurse I know the risk involved. I’m so glad that I was blessed to have Dr. Yeslev as my surgeon. My surgery was life changing and he helped me every step of the way. He has impeccable bedside manners, and he explains everything so that you won’t have any surprises (unless you don’t follow his directions). Not to mention my new girls (breast reduction/bilateral mammoplasty) look beyond amazing! He is a GREAT surgeon, and he is so trustworthy. I was so amazed at my results. Contacting him is a breeze and he answers all questions in a timely manner! Dr. Yeslev is the man, hands down! Highly recommended!

I had a piercing stuck in my lip which caused a keloid on top of my lip. I was very nervous because I never had any type of procedure before but I can honestly say he did an amazing job. I got my breast reduction in May and let me just tell you how professional Max is. He told me everything I needed to know and the risk. My breast look AMAZING! I highly recommend him and I would over and over again! I am so so happy

I am a Nurse who recently underwent a procedure with Dr. Matt Yeslev and I am elated with the results. He walked me through the procedure from beginning to end and 7 months later he stills checks up with me. And to add, the surgery went well. I highly recommend Dr. Yeslev. He's very personable too. My husband even likes him too.

I have been Plastic Surgery RN working with dozens of plastic surgery providers in GA >20 years. When I needed eyelids surgery, I could trust one doctor only: Max Yeslev. His well organized, always ready to assist and accommodate every patient’s need staff, his honest advice, high professionalism, ability to listen and “hear you”, incomparable expertise, outstanding bedside manners made me feel comfortable and confident to undergo the procedure. The procedure was done in the office under local anesthesia on Friday afternoon. I had never experienced any discomfort during the procedure, needed Tylenol post -op once, dr Yeslev called to check on me several times, I was back at work on Monday. Dr. Yeslev is one of the most compassionated surgeons I have had the pleasure of meeting. I had a tummy tuck and breast lift in August 2019. From the moment we met for my consult he listen to my concerns, and explain every detail of my surgery. He answer my multiple emails questions before and now even after surgery. While it is still very early in my recovery my family and I are elated and overjoyed with my new look. His wisdom, dedication and compassion he provided during this process has been nothing be rewarding. I am very blessed that I made the decision I made to chose him as my surgeon. I had a breast reduction 6/2017 with Matt Yeslev, to this day I am having problem with breast's. I asked for a size D but got a size C or smaller, Matt at like nothing is wrong with me because he saided he had no complaint before. I am a very unhappy, dissatify patient. And also if he ask if he can have student's in the operation room say No. And verify.

Dr Yeslev did my breast reduction in April of 2017. I am so happy with my results! My boobs are so cute!! I barely have any scarring and I love my new size. Dr. Yeslev has a really good bedside manner, he's very honest and cares about his patients, I felt very comfortable with him. I'm very happy with my new boobs. Lee

Dr. Yeslev has hands of healing. He performed plastic surgery on my forehead, stitched my lip, inner eye corner and the top of my nose that was cut off from a nasty fall. The emergency room nurse and doctor praised his work. My children were amazed by the result of his work. During my follow up appointment yesterday, Dr. Yeslev took time to explain what to do to help fade the scars. I have great respect for this him, not just because he is a good doctor, he is also a caring doctor.

I had a breast reduction in December 2017. It is now April 2018 and I have never felt better. Dr. Yeslev got me down from J almost K down to a full D cup. My quality of life has improved so much for the better. Thank you so much.

I had a breast reduction in Nov. 2016 with Dr. Yeslev. All I can say is Beautiful. Here it is 2018 & I went to have a monogram for my yearly exam & all the nurse could say was " they r beautiful in my 20yrs r doing this that is the best reduction I have every saw. Dr. Yeslev is wonderful. He and is staff were warm and were great in my time of uncertainty. He listened and talked to me like a person not a patient. They really turned a bad situation around for me. My surgery was a huge success and I look awesome. Everyone wants to go to him now even people I know who don’t have cancer want him to make them look like me. They were the best!

Dr. Yeslev is absolutely phenomenal. He has the best bedside manners and is the best in his field. From the time you first meet Dr. Yeslev, he makes you feel comfortable and calms all of your anxieties. He fully explains what the surgery will entail as well as the full recovery plan. If you follow his advice, you will be more than satisfied. My surgery was life changing and if I had to do it again, I would without hesitation call Dr. Yeslev.
