Terrible, don't trust this provider.

Never trust this doctor. Be careful with any surgery recommendations and seek a second opinion.

I heartily recommend Dr. Ruffy. I had the full set of nasal procedures done: Functional septal rhinoplasty, nasal valve surgery, and turbinate reduction. Dr. Ruffy did not mince words and did explain the outcomes to me, and he nailed it. While the recovery took a little longer than expected, I can now breath out of the right side of my nose for the first time in 40 years. Great guy, great staff. Super helpful. Had a great experience with Dr.Ruffy! He was engaged and would always listen. My surgery for deviated septum and adenoidectomy went really well, and the crew was always kind and supportive. Dr. Ruffy always brought a lot of energy and fun/jokes to our meetings which I really appreciated.

Was charged over 1000 for who knows what.. All i did was go to see if there was anything severly wrong with my nose and eustachian tube. All he did was put a camera up my nose and say its fine... and i get charged 1000+?? Anyway, the health insurance paid most of it thankfully and I got a bill for a remaining 85. Outstanding all around. From initial diagnosis to pre/post surgery, I couldn't be happier. Found Dr. Ruffy to be very thorough in diagnosing and explaining my situation. Regarding the actual surgical procedure (nasal fracture reduction, septoplasty, nasal valve repair, bilateral turbinate reduction & nasal septum graft) which wasn't a simple/easy one, I couldn't be happier. Outstanding doctor. First to diagnose my severe deviated septum, recommend a solution and do the entire procedure exactly as he described it to be. Extremely satisfied w/ the procedure Dr. Ruffy performed and thankful to have found him as the doctor to take care of my issue.

1 terrific experience : Nasal congestion surgery performed without facts and without proper diagnosis. He uses endoscopy rather than CT scan. My nasal congestion was due to food allergy and I could have solved by eliminating certain food. Now I am suffering life long , my natural ventilation in the nose is gone and gets super congested and sensitive. 2nd experience: I had an ear wax issue. He put me under a big equipment that microscope and vacuum removal to remove hair, got billed $175 omg!

I found their office to be very disorganized. I was told to take a medication for a week and get a hearing test because of fluid in my ears. I returned in 2 wks as instructed on a Friday to be evaluated for possible surgery the following Tuesday. I arrive at the office and no one knows why I'm there. Now I'm freaking out because they still want me to go ahead with the surgery without clear instructions. Thankfully my hearing test was normal which gave me a plausible exit out of this place.
