He is a nice caring and professional . He cares about the well being of his patients . He really listens !!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bernaiche for many years and he has helped me with my multiple diagnosis's and pain management immensely. I'm very grateful for all he's done. The front end staff has been horrible from the day I got there until present. The rudeness, lack of empathy and professionalism are uncalled for.

Good man, easy to talk to. Doesn’t take to much to dishonest patients but really cares for most everyone. He’s been around the block and is also a marine engineer.

I never got past the receptionist who was rude and unwilling to answer my questions as to why this Dr will NOT treat fibromyalgia and chronic pain patients. I also have 4 herniated discs, stenosis, spinal arthritis etc and those do NOT qualify either for me to be seen. When I asked what medical conditions were needed to be seen she had no answers. God bless these people for they surely need it, not helping people in real pain.

Dr. Bernaiche is OK. Never had trouble with him. However, the staff is beyond rude. They were so abusive to me verbally - on more than one occasion, I was scared to come back. If you can go anywhere else - go there first. It is almost impossible to get in pain management anywhere, but go elsewhere first.

Office staff are very unprofessional and rude. Waited over an hour to be treated like a burden and a drug addicted. Dr. B and his office is a joke. I will never go back. Completely incompetent and unprofessional.

I never got past the receptionist. She said you must send all the files he'll put them on his desk and go through them and select who he wants and who he does not want. What kind of help is that. I need orthopedic surgery and you were recommended by my top neurosurgeon. If you do what you do like in Ludlow I would say you're probably not good at what you do in your own practice at the hospital!

I saw Dr. Bernaiche recently and he spent a lot of time with me examining me and going over my MRII and I never felt rushed. he made me feel at ease and I felt he sincerely wanted to help me with my chronic pain in my back and hip. I would highly recommend him

Dr. Bernaiche is through, kind, understanding, easy to talk to. He takes interest in you and in doing the best he can to take care of you and your situation.

Awful! You are treated with contempt from the moment you walk thru the door. Dr. Bernaiche makes you feel like an addict for needing medication/his services. The first thing he did w/me as a new patient was to relieve me of the medication I was on before any relief of my pain. He didn't seem to consider the level of pain I was in. His bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired, he has a nasty disposition, and he doesn't like to be questioned. If you can you're better off going somewhere else!

Waited one hour to be seen. April saw me and did not look at my X-rays. Gave me medicine that made me sick. I called her four times so I can discuss medication and to date she has not called me back. Sandy the office manager promised I would get a call back all four times and as of yet no call. Horrible horrible horrible service

My experiences with Dr. Bernaiche were never positive. Whenever I saw him, he made me feel inadequate and insignificant. His communication skills were lacking and unprofessional. He chuckled when providing a diagnosis and did not take the time to explain what they meant or how to treat them. I had to ask the physical therapist to explain and how to manage the pain. Thankfully they did what Dr. Bernaiche did not. I found him to be conceited and arrogant with little empathy toward me as a patient.

Dr. Bernachie and his team are top notch and have done more for me in 3 kontua then Baystate Pain Management did in 10 months! He is compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable. It is amazing to finally find a Dr. Who is willing to help the patient and put them as a priority. Thank you Dr. Bernaichie and your team!

Dr.B. Is a very compassionate practioner. He listens to what you are saying, does not pass judgement. When you are there with him you have his undivided attention. He doesn't rush you out of the office. If your in pain he will work with you and find a way to take the pain away. Could not ask for a nicer man.
