She is a rock star doctor. Couldn't ask for a better experience after 14 years. Go.

I have been a patient of Dr McGuire for over 20 years. I find her to be patient, super friendly, and always takes time to discuss and resolve any issues i may be having. Love her.

Dr. Mcguire has been my Gynocologist for many years and I can't imagine trusting anyone else to my care in this area. The office staff and nurses also go above and beyond to answer questions and address concerns. I LOVE THEM ALL!

An excellent, knowledgeable physician who is very approachable with a customer-oriented staff. When I call, I receive a prompt accurate response. Recently, my insurance company denied payment for my long-term medication. Dr. Maguire and her nurse worked hard to plead my case. Great job.

She is literally psycho about the vaccine. You are dealing with PREGNANT WOMEN. THIS IS NEW. IT IS NOT YOUR CHOICE. This is exactly the correct doctor I am meaning to review and YES I am aware she is not delivering babies.

Dr. Maguire is my all-time favorite doctor. She actually saved my life by pursuing unusual lab results, making it possible to find a cancer which had just started to grow. She is professional, smart, and compassionate. She answers all of your questions and concerns, and puts your mind at ease! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her!!! Thank you, Dr. Maguire!! ??

I have yet been in the office, but so far I feel as though the staff does not want me to come in. On several occasions, Amada and Michelle did cancel and tried to cancel my appointments. My gyn is no longer practicing and I need a procedure. I have stated this numerous times and they seems to not understand why I want to schedule an appointment. I will be bringing in my records to the appointment because my last gyn's office cannot fax my records due to them being permanently closed. However, I was told multiple times if my records were not sent to them that my appointment would be rescheduled. I told them multiple times I would be bringing in my own records. A reminder voice message was left on my voice mail that stated they will need to reschedule me if I do not have my records sent to them...… okay cool, what time is my appointment. I called them up and stated this again and they kept my appointment. Little do they know, I work in the healthcare field. One, this is not how you treat patients. Two, you do not need prior medical records to establish yourself with a new doctor!!!! Hopefully the doctor is nice.... stay tuned. I don't have a problem with Dr Maguire herself I thought she was both pleasant and efficient but her front desk staff are confrontational and rude. I felt undermined and insulted. Dr. Maguire is an exceptional doctor. Her office staff is amazing, efficient kind, compassionate and on the ball. They call you with test results immediately and are always pro active. Dr. Maguire cares deeply about her patients.

Sadly I didn't get to meet this doctor because I couldn't find a parking spot. The whole second floor of the Waldemere parking garage was completely empty, but VALET ONLY. A whole FLOOR!!! Valet is $5. Um, no thanks. I will find another doctor in a less snobby part of town that allows free parking for the peasants.

The BEST!

She is a phenomenal GYN doctor. The best GYN doctor I have ever been to and I've been to a few!. She is knowledgeable, caring and very efficient with her delivery of care and recommendations. I highly recommend her and her whole staff!

Terrible

The BEST GYN doctor I have ever gone to and I've been to a few! I feel so lucky she is my doctor. She is very knowledgeable and caring and takes the time to listen and address all my concern when other doctors haven't. She is truly a gem!

Worst experience ever. Staff was beyond rude. Wait was over an hour and then they said they needed to cancel the appointment or she wouldn’t be able to have lunch. She’s a good doctor. It’s a shame how her office is managed. Rude and uncaring. Really the most terrible experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office.

I went to see Dr. McGuire and found her very dismissive. After telling her that I've had pain on both sides of my stomache for almost a month, provided ultra sound and pap smear results she said it wasn't a gynecological problem. She said it was my back, although I told her it was more frontal pain. She did an internal exam, which was painful and told me that I was in pain all over. No vitals were taken and no medication given. I was told to get blood work and a colonoscopy and have it sent to my PM. I do not recommend this doctor at all! I went to see Dr. McGuire and found her very dismissive. My wife had cancer and subsequent surgery. Dr. Maguire's manner and communication of information was excellent.

She was very patient, took her time and explained everything to me about starting hormone therapy for menopause. Didn't act rushed .

Dr. Maguire may be a good doctor, but be very aware that her billing service may bill you for an Annual Wellness visit when you only went in for a gynecology exam. If this happens, Medicare will deny a claim for a subsequent Wellness visit to your primary care physician. I if this happens you will have to pay for the visit to your primary care physician.

I was a patient of Dr. Maguire several years ago. I like her - she's a good doctor. Not so much for her office staff. I scheduled an appointment that I had to wait for months to get and after being a little late (15 minutes) because I was held up by construction traffic around the office building, I was told by the office staff that I was marked as a "no show". Even though I had all of my paperwork done and ready when I got there, the staffer was extremely rude and condescending. I had to take the day off of work to attend the appointment and I was very disappointed by the behavior of the woman at the front desk. She offered no help and made me feel like I was bothering her. Very unprofessional. Sorry, Dr. Maguire, I'm going to find another doctor because I was treated so poorly by your staff. I would not recommend First Physicians group to anyone.
