Dr. Maura P Foley

Dr. Foley diagnosed me from the other end of the room, before she even checked me. It was obvious that she didn't want to be there, and tried to send me away with no tests. Then they sent the invoice to the wrong address. I didn't know there was a billing problem until a collection agency contacted me. Why didn't they confirm the billing address was correct first, or at least call me. I will NEVER GO BACK!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Foley for about 15 years. She has always taken the time to explain things to me and answer all of my questions. I trust her experience and judgment completely in dealing with my sarcoidosis and sleep apnea. I will continue to see her and recommend her to others.

Been visiting her for several years and found her knowledgeable and most helpful treating my condition.

I have sleep apnea and Dr Foley ordered my sleep study and prescribed my equipment. Unlike many doctors, she actually spent time with me listening to my issues and discussing the options with me. I simply wouldn't go to anyone else. In a follow up visit when I described needing to get up fewer times at night, she even told me why that was so.

I have lived in England and my experience with Dr. Foley was reminiscent of socialized medical care. When I sat in the examination room with the doctor she quickly ran through a health questionnaire. There weren't enough questions about my personal experience with my health issue. She based my care off the responses I gave to her health questionnaire. There wasn't much of a physical exam. She barely touched my face, looked in my ears and checked my vision. I guess I expected more.

First impression when I walked in was that staff was absolutely miserable. The office had a negative vibe to it. There was only 1 person I came in contact with in the entire office that had a decent attitude. I should've taken this as a red flag and left. It was almost as if the entire staff was still half asleep and my appt was not that early in the morning. Dr Foley came in and was not much more pleasant than her staff. They performed the tests (still with staff who appeared half asleep). Although the result of part of the test was far from normal, and after a couple of visits to that office, she could not figure out what was wrong. I regret not going elsewhere and will seek a different office where they will actually take the time to figure out the problem.

Doctor displayed very unprofessional behavior during procedure. This ncluded asking the nurse if a piece of equipment was the right equipement. the question was asked seven times. also included waving pictures in the patients face when patient came out of anethesia and then barking at the barking at the patient, 'I don't know why I am talking to you.'.. Failed to give patient history to pathologist which led to a misdiagnoses. Staff extremely unprofessional. Although I arrived ten mutes early for appointment and was the only patient in the waiting room, I was kept waiting for 25 minutes. The receptionist was too busy flirting with a salesman to check me in. Doctor did not call me with final pathology report. The receptionist did.. This was after two calls to see if pathology report had come back and was informed they had nothing in their system. Office seemed very disorganized. Whole experience was a very unpleasant experience. Run away, do not walk from this practice. Gave 1star in all categories because 0 was not an option.

Dr. Maura Foley is wonderful! I've been seeing her for years in the Manassas office and she has helped me stabilize my medical issues. If a problem should arise, I am seen right away. She and her staff are always very friendly.
