NIGHTMARE! This person shouldn’t be called a doctor by all means. This the the 3rd appointment for a surgery that was cancelled 2-3 hours before the surgery! She’s the definition of reckless irresponsible person that thinks she has absolutely zero obligations towards the patients. I took 3 days off work for these appointments and she doesn’t care about anything. If she’s the last person on earth that can help me or save me, I WOULD RATHER DIE!

I am writing to express my gratitude to Dr. LeMercier. She gave up her 4th of July evening (well into the night) to stay with me at NWHC and see me through a difficult time. She is a wonderful human being and it is rare to find a physician with her bedside demeanor. Upbeat, empathetic, professional, caring and just plain nice. She is all of this and more. Dr. Lemercier is superbly skilled, communicative and compassionate. I feel very fortunate that I followed my GP's recommendation to see her. She saw me promptly, thoroughly explained the surgical procedure, risks, benefits, recuperation expectations and accommodated my request for prompt elective surgery. On a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best, she is a 10!
