Dr.Zipoli and the entire staff are top notch and have found no other medical practices to be as friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient anywhere. I truly wish they did more than dermatology. Kudos to Dr. Zipoli and his staff Mark Navaroli

Dr Zipoli was very professional during the procedure with me, explaining what he was doing along the way and also teaching his assistant.Him and the office should be commended on their treatment of patients.

Dr. Zipoli performed Mohs surgery on my forehead yesterday. Twelve years ago, he was my doctor for 2 other spots on my face. Dr. Zipoli is super friendly, professional, and an expert in this type of procedure. He walked me through each step of the way, answered all my questions and was completely at ease throughout the entire process, which helped reduce my anxiety.

I have been seeing Dr. Zipoli since he first came to Dermatology Associates close to 20 years ago. He is a very special person who is very considerate and caring and is the only one that I would ever go to for all my skin cancer needs. He explains everything before he gets started in a way that you will understand. He is the best!

I have faith and trust in him. I actually look forward to seeing him!

Very pleased with the Mohs surgery I had done at Dermatology Associates of Concord last week. Dr. Zipoli and Colleen were professional and informative. Dr. Zipoli managed to do the procedure on my cheek without disturbing my beard and the surgery was relatively painless and is healing well. Highly recommended.

Dr. Zipoli was caring and careful. He explained each step of the procedure and treated me like a human being, not just another surgery to perform. I recommend him.

His office staff are so disrespectful. The girl wouldn't come out to talk to me and made me stay in the hallway and yell thru the door I am hard of hearing. She refused to tell me if she would bill my insurance company. All she said was Medicare well I cannot risk that as I am on disability. I traveled an hour to get there only to be made to wait in the lobby for awhile past my appt time. Finally I gave up and said "I'm done" and called my ride to go home. I sent them a message saying I was going to report this behavior to Medicare just in case they think they are going to bill them for a visit I never had!

I had Mohs surgery that was expertly and kindly done. Minimal scar after 10 stitches on my face. Highly recommend Dr. Zippoli.

this was my second visit/procedure with dr, Zipoli on both visits he successfully removed a melanoma; the second a carcinoma. he takes his time to explain perfectly the procedure; and to answer questions. the melanoma was handled years ago, and has never returned, yearly visits determined the cancer was destroyed. to say he is friendly and generous with his time would be an understatement.

I asked for a quote before I had my procedure & explained to them that I would be responsible for the amount because my insurance does not cover outpatient surgery until the deductible is met. I was give 2 quotes that ranged from $354-$398 (amount they would bill the insurance) & after the insurance discount my portion would be $270-$304. What they actually billed my insurance was $918 & my portion is over $500!!!! They told me the almost $600 difference is because I had 3 stitches!!! How did a surgeon not know that he was going to have to close the incision??!! I will never go here again.

Saw Dr. Zipoli 2 weeks ago to excise a benign cyst. He was professional and personable. Took time to answer all my questions and give me detailed instructions. The stitches were taken out today. I can already tell that I will have only a very thin scar that will be noticeable by only me. Very different from a cyst I had removed—by another doctor— 3 years ago. There I have a noticeable scar, which I plan on having Dr. Zipoli fix in future.
