Good Doctor but I was told a week and a half to get my new glasses. Almost 3 weeks now and still no glasses. So don't hold your breath.

Horrible Doctor. Refused to change a eye drop for my glaucoma when I experienced a reaction confirmed by Jefferson Pharmacy pharmacist to stop it and call Dr Wampler. He claimed there are no other eye drops. When I mentioned my mother who also has glaucoma has been on various ones; his response was “I no longer want to treat you your questioning my word and have an attitude”. I was in no way rude or inappropriate. It felt very discriminatory. I have never ever had an experience like this with any dr. This practice also for years while my eye pressure was 20;21;22;23;24 never put me on drops until my pressures reached 34;40. Now I am told there is damage to my eyes. Never during the 5 years was I ever told I have a rare condition called pigment dispersion and thin corneas until this year! This is complete negligence. This dr comes across quiet meek and mild but watch out he has an evil twin that comes out lashing for no reason. This dr also aware I just had precancerous breast surgery.

I've been going to Dry Wampler for over 20yrs. The opticians are rude and grouchy not at all helpful , it has changed drastically through the years. The Dr's are great and experienced, get your exam there but get your glasses elsewhere
