Long wait, Did not listen to my symptoms.

Absolutely incompetent staff. It took 9 weeks to get them to send a referral to another physician for me. I had to call 4 times to remind them and they sent the referral to the wrong physician after being told the name of the Dr. to whom the referral was to be sent each time I called. How irresponsible is that!! They sent the wrong prescription strength to the pharmacy. I left a message with the correct pharmacy, drug name, strength, and number of tablets per day on their voicemail. Who messes that up? This could have ended with a catastrophic result. Such incompetence! Those are only a few of the problems I incurred. I'm a nurse and immediately recognized their mistakes. For those not in the medical profession-- beware! A physician is only as good as his staff!!

was told I was contacted 2x on July 7th that my appointmenton July 23, 2021 was cancelled. No message was left on my voicemail. Showed up to clinic and when I checked in I was notified my appointment was cancelled. Spoke with Office Manager and clerk and I felt they didn't really care. I asked why didn't they also send a letter letting patient know if they couldn't get a hold of me to notify me of cancellation. Then to get another appointment it wouldn't be for another month and 2 days. I feel this is against the hypocratic oath, to do no harm to patient. This is so wrong, when I've seen Dr Totten before. You can show up to an apt early, but still have to wait 2-3 hours total to be seen. and when you're seen it's barely for 15 mins and he tells you to go to Wash Regional. Does an phys examination of you from across the room. Staff doesnt care and if you say something to them about the wait they blow you off and get snippy. Do not recommend this place and am currently finding a new dr.

Dr totten has very good bedside manner, He takes his time to listen and find the best course of treatment.

Terrible. These people have no idea what they're doing. Be prepared to wait weeks for nothing to get done.

Dr. Totten is a great doctor! Very Thorough. Yes the wait time is a little long and I have complained till I was the one holding up the line. When I was sick he spent over 30mins in the room with me to make sure I was going to be ok. Sorry to all waiting long just remember it could be you one day that needs the extra time! By the way staff is great.

I've read the other reviews on here and mostly are regarding time. Others say one word which helps no one. My apologies to those who've had to wait because I've probably been one of the reasons he's been behind. He takes his time listening to me. Actually listening and not with one foot outside the door cause he's in a rush. Dr. Totten saved my life and renewed my faith that there are still good doctors out there. If your just looking for a script then this isn't the doctor for you.

You'd better have all day if you come to this clinic. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Totten has ZERO regard for the patient's time. My second appointment was just to go over blood work, it was his 2nd appointment of the day, didn't have the blood test results and still took 2 hours. He promised to call me personally the next day...NOPE!
