Waiting room time is long, but he saved my daughters vision
Waiting time would vary, as they may have several 'work-in patients' a day...but being one of those 'work-ins' myself on more than one occasion, waiting was NEVER an issue with me. The nature of the specialty requires a bit of time, and Dr. Thomas will take absolutely as long as he needs with each patient. He is very thorough with exams, explanations, answering ?s, etc.(even during surgery!) In more than 1 instance he has called my home, after hours, if I had left word of new eye problems with his office. He is a very caring person, extremely polite, knowledgeable, etc. Probably THE best doc I've had in any situation. I would recommend him to anyone that needs retinal treatment.
