Extremely pleased with staff at this location…..everyone is very accommodating and make me very comfortable.

The nursing staff who do my husband's chemo are very caring and take personal interest in their patients. Our PA explains everything very thoroughly and clearly.

I've been coming to the Pembroke Pines office for my immunotherapy treatments for a year now. My time here began as a very difficult & unsure journey. Everyone at this office is kind, sweet & patient. They make you feel like you are in the best of hands, and more like a family member. Very soon after my treatments began, I became more relaxed & oddly enough began to enjoy my treatment days. I come, bring my blanket, relax & get comfy as my treatments are administered. I have come a long way on my cancer journey so far & I am glad that I am in their care. Everyone here is wonderful.

This review does not go directly to the Doctor, it goes to his employees in the Pembroke Pines office. Dr Eric saw me at Memorial Hospital Pembroke due to a severe anemia, i received a blood transfusion and he told me that I iwill need to keep getting intravenous iron so to make an appointment ASAP. I called 3 days ago, they agreed to call me back and after 3 days still nothing...The same day I called again hours later but they told me they have many patients, they should check my insurance, I explained them my situation and what the Doctor said but they still did not care, his answer was " The doctor refers to many patients daily from the hospital plus those we receive from outside, so you need to wait " After 3 days as I said nobody calls me back..... Today I decided to call another Hematologist that I found online near me and in just % minutes I get my appointment within 5 days because they care about my situation.I hope the doctor or a manager from that office can take action on this matter. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for the past 4 weeks. No answer the phone or return your messages. I was referred to Dr. Taub by my primary Dr. It is unfortunate a Doctors reputation is damage by his office staff.

6 separate phone calls to schedule a new patient appointmemt for a PE, and only once did someone answer. They got my name and number, amd told me someone would call me back to schedule an appointment. That was a week ago. Still havent heard anything. If you need to see a medical office, skip this one. Not worth the time or headache.

My dad has cancer and he has not been getting good care in Hollywood. Meeting Dr. Taub was a pleasure. He is kind, thoughtful, caring. We both breathed a sigh of relief after meeting Dr. Taub and his medical team. We look forward to working with him.

This office is horrible. We have yet to see the our treatment plan and we have to go by whatever they say. When asked questions, nurse practitioner Lisette is super rude and condescending. We’ve been there a very short time and after verifying our insurance, we found out they were never in our network. I have never been so disappointed in a doctor' s office as I have been with this office. I am embarrassed to think I personally recommended this group. We should have stayed with the first medical oncologist recommended by her PCP. At least she saw the doctor each week she was in the office! My family member is being treated in this office for a diagnosed cancer, received over 6 rounds of chemotherapy and except for the hospital consult, has yet to see the treating physician. We were told, "its not necessary" to see a doctor because the office is following his prescription. Here we are in January 2021, and she is still waiting to be seen by the doctor and for her to start the second round of treatments since November 2020. I am not sure why she is awaiting to see a physician at this point since it wasn't necessary before. Better yet, what is the prognosis of her diagnosis, having not received any treatments since November 2020? Had I not been there with her the first initial visits, I would hate to think what would have happened. Unfortunately, I cannot be there with her each visit. To top it off, no one answers the phone when you call the office, you are on hold for over 2 hours, no exaggeration! Each week she shows up, the office staff apparently has no idea why she is there and give her different excuses ranging from, "the medication didn't arrive, the doctor missed his flight and they didn't get a referral for the appointment". The last straw was last week office staff gives an appointments for Tuesday, and writes a different date (Friday) on the sheet. The staff has no consideration that during the pandemic an almost 80 year old cancer patient, each week sits the lobby for over 3 hours unnecessarily. Someone has to drop and pickup the patient (it takes gas). There was no sense of urgency, or empathy shown by the staff. If your patients coming into the office is a burden for you, or the reimbursement being received from the insurance is not worth your time of day. The correct thing to do is Let the patient and their primary doctor know so they can refer the patient's elsewhere. Your patients are not the one negotiating your rates, we are here to support your business as you provide us the services we need. Its called CUSTOMER SERVICE! No exaggeration this is the worst medical office I've attended in the past 30 years. Four times in a row the staff incorrectly scheduled appointments, staff was consistently unprepared for the appointment (had not even received let alone reviewed test results) , often I left with more questions and doubts than I had before coming in. In a full year of attending this office at no point did they show any real level of competency. There are more highly rated specialists in the area, go with one of them. Dr Taub and his staff have treated me with the utmost respect. The Dr has explained treatment step by step and has been extremely patient and kind to me!

I agree and confirm all the 1 star reviews. The office is completely dysfunctional. They are only about the money, zero care, and zero medicine. This doctor is a sham. Arrogant, zero compassion, unapologetic even when mistakes are evident, don't answer phones, don't answer emails, rude and completely non-caring. Horrible.

Dr. Taub is the worst doctor I have treated with thus far. He is not empathetic and is dishonest. I had a bone marrow biopsy performed and during the visit for the results he stated everything looked great. On my way out I requested a copy of the report and it stated inconclusive as the sample was not preserved properly. I obviously was hoping for good news but a blatant lie is unacceptable. This is the most unethical thing any doctor can ever do to a patient especially when we are speaking about an oncologist who deals with patients with severe illnesses such as cancer. The office staff is rude. Voicemail is always full, they hung up on me twice and did not have the courtesy to call me back. Unprofessional! I file a complaint with the office manager just to make sure it's not an oversight just incase the doctor was clueless about what's going in the office. I ended up going to another hemotologist

Made appointment with Matthew Taub Asked office if they were in network with our insurance. They assuraed us they were. Asked if all blood test were recieved & in their possession they assured they were. Took time off of work for appointment, arrived & gave receptionist insurance & ID Guess what. They arent in our insurance network & they had NO blood work results. Waste of precious time especially if you are ILL

I do not have enough words like adjective to complement all the staf that working very hard to here. I appreciate to everyone doing this job. Thank you to dr Matthew for organizing the office. Also thank you to dr Elmer. Isabel nurse is excellent. Moreover, ailette and Aimee. Finally all of the staff is wonderful.

I would not recommend anyone to see Dr.taub only if they see one of the physician assistants. He came in the room rushing and dirty NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL and telling my father that everything his physician assistant told us was correct because he's very smart. Really?! I guess he needed a reason to charge Humana right. The front desk girls and medical assistant are truly amazing so sweet and patient with the whole process since this is new to us.

Patient of Dr. Taub for more than two years, very professional staff.Very satisfied with the service.The ladies of front desk very kind and courteous. Every department in the office has gone beyond helping my husband and I feel like they really care about us. Dr. Taub should realize that he has an amazing staff and that we are blessed to be a patient in the office.

I had been coming to Dr M. Taub's office for almost two years. I really like all the staff, they are really good professionals and very kind. All of them care about the patients personal necessities and take good care of them. I'm really glad I found Dr Taub and his team, they really take good care of all patients. I can't mention anyone, because I will forget somebody, but Ivonne, Isabel and Elmer Flores PE are the people whom I talk every week and they are awesome. Love your office Dr Taub!!!

The staff are very caring. Both Rosa and Elmer carefully and thoroughly explain the treatment recommendations. They really have the patients best interests at heart. I am always confident of a successful outcome.

I have to disagree with Helene Buskin on her prior review. The front staff IS AMAZING! The girls are so sweet and understanding! I do agree with her though about Dr.Taub he is not compassionate he told me that other people are in worse conditions than me, that I shouldn't be worried. No sympathy at all. My experience with the front staff and the rest of the staff is AMAZING EVERYTIME I visit the office.

I called to get an appointment and the lady working the phone and front desk was extremely rude, not helpful, stating I had to have the paperwork.The hospital advised this Dr. was in network, could get paperwork instantly. She continued to be so unhelpful, stating that I needed to get the fax number to get the paperwork for the hospital. She should not be working customer facing. I called another (Dr. Levy); got an immediate appt., she saw my son's records online and she was extremely helpful.

We called the New Patient Line and the woman who took our information was rude and condescending. They don't make appointments until you fax over copies of your Insurance and Drivers License along with the Pathology report we had. Then she blind transferred me to someone else who I had to start all over with. Prepared our paperwork and tried faxing them from Friday afternoon through the weekend, fax never went through. On Monday one of our Doctors recommended another Oncologist.
