He was the best for my wife. Always asked for blood work, then ask how my wife was filling. His treatment was dictated by how much pain and what her blood work showed. Then adjusted treatment to calm inflammation. Sorry her retired to help with his grandkids, we miss him. But he referred us to Doc Pinto who is also great. She was in manassas, VA, but I thank she moved to fairfax, VA.

I would also give this doctor 0 stars if I could. Believe them when they say he is cold & rude for no reason at all. With all of this controversy about doctors not believing certain type of women, it definitely made me think of him. I am just moving back to VA and I am going to a new Rheumatology and ran cross my medical records from him. This brought up old feeling of how this doctor made me feel. I was seeing him back in 2010 and according to the reviews I have seen a lot of people have experienced the same Dr. Swartz that I did. He is awful. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Good luck getting this old, pompus blowhard into the 21st century if you need any kind of authorization with the insurance company. He doesn't even accept faxes or have any staff that can help him like a REAL doctor!

He is an excellent doctor. My mom couldn't move her arms and he helped her come back to normal life. He doesn't have any admin people to help him but that's why he doesn't charged an arm and a leg to see you as many doctors do. He is a great doctor!

I love Dr. Swartz. He is like a mad scientist: clearly highly intelligent and eccentric. Yes, his office needs an update badly, but his care is phenomenal.
