He was very unpleasant. Was very rude and inconsiderate of The questions I was asking about my breast reconstruction front for cancer. I would not give me any information on what the rest implants would do to my body. He just told me I need to do what he wanted to do. After I disagreed and he got up and walked out of the room.

I recently moved to the area from out of state and had been wanting to get my implants removed. I called the surgeon in Indy who did my surgery originally and the quote was way more than when I had the breast implants placed! I called around to other surgeons in the FW area and again, they all quoted more than I had budgeted to spend. A friend of my husband said she used to work for Dr. Shambaugh and recommended him. I called and got a quote and it was way more reasonable (thousands less than the others!!) and I went in for a consultation. Dr. Shambaugh and his staff were awesome and took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable with the decision I had made to get them removed. The day of the surgery, all of the pre and post op staff and Dr. Shambaugh were super sweet, made me feel very relaxed and surgery went great. I had a wonderful recovery and was very impressed with Dr. Shambaugh and all of his staff throughout this entire process and the fact that they had affordable pricing was a cherry on top. From the doctor, to the nurses, to the office staff and on to all the wonderful people in the surgical center. I could not recommend anyone more highly than Dr. Shambaugh and his office. They are courteous and caring.

Dr Shambaugh and his entire staff are ABSOLUTELY wonderful. My entire experience has been wonderful ! I highly recommend this office

Dr. Shambaugh has performed 2 breast reconstruction surgeries after bilateral mastectomy and I’m satisfied with the outcome. He did an excellent job considering what he had to work with. I completely trust him. He is kind, very generous with explanations and instructions, completely honest about expectations, and willingly answers all your questions. His co-workers are awesome. The entire office is kind, friendly, and puts you at ease. You can tell they care and it’s sincere. Whether it’s in person or over the phone, everyone I’ve had contact with is wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Shambaugh to anyone and everyone. I saw a Plastic Surgeon at Cleveland Clinic who was so arrogant that his overactive ego surrounded him like an invisible cloud. He made me feel like cattle. Nobody needs that when they’re already going through a crisis. I don’t know that he ever smiled. Dr. Shambaugh is the complete opposite. Not only is his work amazing, he is an excellent human being.

Very friendly staff and great results!

Went to Dr shambaugh for breast reduction ended up having a bilateral mastectomy I know he lied about me having breast cancer.When I got the breast implants they where as heavy than my real breast I couldn't bend down at all He put his hands on me and said look at that he was talking about my stomach fat I started swelling after all the surgeries My last surgery he just left me in the Hospital after I told them I was to sick to get up the next day I left the hospital after having surgery and still throwing up with no pain pills The nastiest dr.I ever met beware Went to Dr shambaugh for breast reduction ended up having a bilateral mastectomy I know he lied about me having breast cancer.When I got the breast implants they where as heavy than my real breast I couldn't bend down at all He put … More

Dr. Shambaugh and his entire staff have been amazing!!!! From the beginning, when I was diagnosed with breast cancer, he gave me a sense of calmness, caring, and I knew everything was going to be ok. I chose to have a double mastectomy with implants to follow. Dr. Shambaugh is very thorough and precise. Everything looks great! I am so thankful for him and his staff. Dr. Shambaugh is an awesome surgeon and person. His staff is caring and really think of patients feelings. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any cosmetic surgery wanted.
