Super high arches and severe foot pain, sold me over the counter orthotics that made it worse, so they took silly, flimsy molds of my feet that collapsed when removed and supposedly made CUSTOM orthotics. They were miserable and painful. I was told "just wear them a while and they'll be fine". I can hold the orthotic up to my foot and pass my finger between it and my arch. A waste of HUNDREDS of dollars and many visits. Went to a different Doc and found out the orthotics were just passed off as custom, didn't fit my feet, made with a bulge under the ball of the foot that ALWAYS hurt, and 75 % of my pain was from Tarsal Tunnel, and no insole will fix it, especially one that never touched or supported my arch. Tried to get it straightened out but to no avail. Money and time wasted and the pain went on.

Sold me a brace for my ankle for $600 that as soon as I left the office I found in the internet for $53. During the visit I commented how expense the brace was, the doctor said if you can find it cheaper anywhere I would like to know so I can send all my patients there. When I tried to return the brace, complete in the box, the doctor got angry, refused to give my money back and threatened to call the police if I did not leave.
