If I could give zero stars I would. This man is arrogant, rude and condescending. He completely disregarded my symptoms and when I went into My Chart to view the visit summary, it was inaccurate as to what I had communicated to him. I was there because of ear pain yet he wrote âno painâ. This man is why as a woman in STEM myself, I delay seeking medical treatment because my symptoms and concerns are repeatedly invalidated. When I expressed my concerns about his diagnosis, he laughed as he walked out of the room. The visit was a complete waste of time and money and I will make an appointment with my doctor tomorrow.

Dr. Reid was amazing, he took care of me on my vacation with such professionalism, I only wish I had him back home as my GP.
