I have seen multiple foot doctors and Dr. Parmenter is by far the best. He has performed two joint replacement surgeries on my feet and the results have been excellent. I have never experienced long office waits and he always takes time to answer my questions.

Everytime He always answers my questions and gives me direct responses. He has a great bedside manner and I recommend him to all my family and friends

Dr. Parmenter is amazing! The best chairside manner of any health care provider that I have ever experienced. That, coupled with a deep knowledge and expertise in his specialty, and a quick straight forward solution to my problem made this a fantastic experience. My highest recommendation!

Today was my first appointment ever with him and from the time I walked in till I walked out I felt beyond comfortable,the nurses and Dr Parmenter were extremely warm,kind gracious and caring,I will never NEVER go to any other podiatrist but him! Dr. Parmenter is a top doctor in my opinion. He is progressive in seeking out the latest options for joint problems, genuinely cares about his patients, and is a brilliant surgeon. My daughter has ankle issues and he has a gentle way with making kids comfortable in a doctor's office and with treatment. I've been to 6-8 podiatrists around the country due to moving several times, and he's the best. Dr. Parmenter is a top doctor in my opinion. Dr Parmenter is a very compassionate Dr that listens to his patients gathers information then addresses the issue. I have always had great results, in and out in no time. He and his clinical staff provide great care, are very professional, take great care of their patients.

Have been a pt. of dr. Parmenter a few times over the years for various issues: minor toe injury to a major foot surgery (crushed foot) requiring multiple pins, screws and ultimately, multiple visits. Always top notch service, professionalism, attentiveness and some humor and sarcasm (from both mine and his side of the conversations) and.....he’s a car guy to boot (pun intended). I ended up doing some electrical work for dr. Parmenter several years after my last visit, he remembered my name, my Chevelle, and was as genuine as he ever was. See some bad reviews as well as good, but hey, not everyone likes cupcakes either. Do some research on dr parmenter and specifically articles published in the journal of med regarding his use of surgical cement, antibiotics and wire implants resulting in countless diabetic patients being able to keep their extremities. I will never complain about a wait because when it is your turn he gives his undivided attention, always comes into the room as if I am the patient he has been waiting all day to see. I have been on both sides of the spectrum, simple follow up to emergency. He cares, he is compassionate, knowledgeable , and passionate about the work he does. Simply the best at what he does! The issue I saw Dr. Parmenter for was never resolved. In fact, it is now much worse than before. The wait in the office is almost always more than 1 hour. With the exception of Lexi, the front desk staff is very disrespectful to patients with special needs.

They don't answer the phone and no answering machine! I've had to wait 3 minutes or more while the phone rings and rings and rings. He also misdiagnosed me half a dozen times. I'm waiting for a release form. First they screwed up and sent it to the wrong doctor. Then they were supposed to send it to me. I've waited four days (I live in Btown!) and no form. I try to call but it just rings forever. The worst is his wrong diagnosis and trying "cure" that don't work. $250 for a stem cell shot that did absolutely nothing. Go to him at your own risk. I waited 6 weeks to see him. Then 45 minutes in a packed office. Finally I get in a room and he comes in asks what hurts. So what does he do? Squeezes my heel so hard I could wanted to scream from the pain. I told him pain meds don't help and what does he do? Prescribes pain medication and never addresses the problem. I've been in excruciating pain for months and all this guy cared about was making a quick buck. I waited 6 weeks to see him. Then 45 minutes in a packed office. Was very nice and knew what he was doing. I was in and out in ah hour. He fixed what was wrong in no time!

Double books patients. Keeps people waiting for over an hour in the first waiting room. Completely disrespectful of patient's time. Unacceptable. There are plenty of ways to manage and schedule to see people on time. Front desk verified that they always run this late and multiple people have same appointment times. Outrageous and stunningly offensive. Lateness persisted through multiple appointments, not a one time experience. Treatments have not helped either!

Extreme pain from ostoarthritis. Since 2010. 3 visits xrays etc n surg last week. Still have stitches n cast but pain free. I will update at end of month. So far so good

we have been seeing Dr.Parmenter for over 15 years. He is a very caring doctor and very best for any foot or ankle problems. He's the best in the state we think!

This guy is a joke. Get ready to wait and wait and wait and then wait some more. He is not busy; he is just taking his time. It takes a very long time to make an appointment and when you get in there, you just forget about the rest of your day and plans. I asked the nurse several times and the answer is always there is just one person ahead of you. He must be doing some surgery on that patient because it took one full hour and when I finally went back to her and she repeated the same answer; there is just one person head of you. Dr Parmenter by the way was in his office and when he heard us leaving, he hurriedly went to the other patient, with whom he was supposed to be with all that time. I think the guys is just loaded and does not care anymore. This guy is a joke. Get ready to wait and wait and wait and then wait some more. He is not busy; he is just taking his time.
