Absolutely amazing!!! Can not say enough good things about Dr. Neal. He saw my 3yo daughter in the ER and was able to diagnose a medical emergency. He was very thorough in his explanation of the condition and did all he could to help my baby. One of the best physicians I have encountered.

Our grandson is autistic and we explained that to every nurse, doctor, and aide. Dr. Neal came into the ER room with his back to us, saying glad to meet you and what is wrong. When we told him the child had a flu test which is negative, he said they do not administer the test there because it is worthless. He proceeded to look at our child and stated he could only rule out what he did NOT have. Then he told the child the nurse would be coming in with a “needle”. Our child immediately went into a melt down and started crying, the doctor glanced back and left the room with NOT one word of comfort. That is scary for any child but for a child with autism, it is traumatic. We could not calm him down. The lack of caring and the lack of wanting to find a diagnosis was absent in the doctor’s health care. He needs to be in another line of health care or another occupation. At any rate, the child had appendicitis which burst upon removal the following day.

My son was transported by ambulance to the emergency room due to a new onset of seizures. Dr. Neal was negligent and never ran one test on him! He also stated that the neurologist would call me in the next couple of days. However, this never happened either. I looked at the discharge papers to get the name and number of the neurologist and it was not listed! Therefore, I had to go to my pediatrician who ran labs which came back with Life threatening results. Dr. Neal was very negligent!
