My family and I have been seeing Dr Moreland for years. We chose what health insurance we get by whether or not he takes it. I have not had one bad experience with him or his staff.

Whoever answered the phone when I called was rude and barely listening to me. When I explained symptoms there was a huge, long pause afterwards like she wasn't listening. I didn't have my insurance card on me, so she would not schedule the appointment. I've never had to provide specific insurance info just to get an appt. If I can't be treated properly on the phone, I definitely don't want to go into the office. Maybe someone with more personality or people skills should answer the phones.
