My husband gifted me a facial service with Matthew for Valentine’s Day and it was beyond amazing! From the his customer service to the calming set up to his knowledge and expertise, this is everything one would want in a facial service. He made me feel so comfortable and explained everything he was doing. I was able to just completely relax and enjoy the service. Matthew is the best. I swear after two visits, my skin looks the best it has since puberty (I'm 30). He's so knowledgeable but *never* makes you feel judged or uncomfortable asking questions. His technique is amazing and all the products used are great. I also really appreciate that he emphasizes the ingredients your skin needs versus the products to buy (personally I buy the products because they work and are great). Matthew is the best. As a fellow aesthetician from Australia, I am extremely picky when it comes to letting others touch my face. OMG. The absolute best facial and overall experience EVER. Matthew's studio is super cozy and inviting. The music and essential oil diffuser were on point. Matthew is an absolute DOLL! He made such specific recommendations on how to improve my skin (for example, Cosmedix Surge and DMK Seba-E ... those two products alone have changed the game for my skin). Went back to see Matthew today. I was excited to try the new services he's offering and it truly did not disappoint. He is very knowledgeable about the treatment and walked me through the process. He's so easy to talk to and so relatable that I felt comfortable right away and just felt like I could trust him with what my skin needs, didn't push for additional services that he didn't feel necessary. If that's not honest then I don't know what is. The massage was wonderful. I felt so pampered and rejuvenated after my facial. I could hear my skin thanking me! My boyfriend even said I'm glowing...
