Dr. Mack and his staff provide excellent care through professional, transparent, and focused medical attention. I would recommend Grace Family and Joy Family Medicine to anyone as a starting point or place to continue great health services provided in a warm and caring environment.

Dr. Mack is a great doctor and his staff make you feel like family. He is compassionate and listens. He told my fatherless african american teen to come talk to him if he is going through anything. He is thorough and when he treats one discomfort, that treatment gets rid of other hidden issues. Pray for him and his staff. God is the Great Physician and is sovereign over all sickness, illness, and disease. I bind all plans of enemy that come against Dr Mack and his staff. In Jesus name. Amen

Really disappointed with this doctor. I asked him for a referral to an allergist due to a possible food allergy and he rushed me out the door telling me "we'll talk about that next time". Needless to say, there wasn't a next time as it made no sense to continue paying co-pays for a doctor that never took the time to answer any of my questions or refer me to doctors that specialize in other things. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! A good doctor will sit with you & discuss your concerns. He never did this once
