I was diagnosed with left breast cancer and needed a mastectomy. Dr Lynch worked with my other breast surgeon as a team and came up with a plan specifically for me so that I would have the best long term outcome. Dr Lynch did my breast reconstruction post mastectomy and I am very happy with the results. I feel that I got the best care possible. He has excellent credentials and training and it shows in his work. Rosemary his assistant is very committed to her work and her patients and I felt very comfortable asking her questions. The office was very accommodating to me about appointments and Theresa was always available if I had any questions.

Dr. Lynch was my Plastic surgery doctor in 2017-2018. I visited him many times from the first time surgery of my right breast and reconstruction. He is the best doctor I have met in my life. He is very kind, patient, and professional and also with humor.

I had a breast reduction about a week ago and I can not even tell you how happy I am! The staff was absolutely amazing! They fought for the insurance to cover the surgery and even fit me in before I started my new insurance so they didn’t have to try and fight again to get it approved! He worked with the insurance company since I was out of network so the cost would not be astronomical to me. Everyone was extremely professional and they genuinely care about the patients. The dr listened to what I wanted and understood as well as gave me realistic expectations. I should have done this surgery years ago. My expectations were blown away and I can’t wait to see the final results once I am healed.

Dr. Lynch and Rosemary are a true "team". They make sure you are aware of all options available and even though they are ultimate professionals, you are made to feel at ease and are in caring hands. My experience was totally positive from start to finish!

Dr. Lynch took great care of me and so did his staff after a surprise diagnosis. He made sure I understood my options and the proposed treatment. His surgical assistant went above and beyond to ensure that I knew what to do at home and followed up with me late at night and on weekends.

Dr. Lynch and Rosemarie are compassionate, sensitive and kind. They are everything you need your medical team to be when undergoing reconstructive breast surgery. Dr. Lynch explained my various options in great detail and would go over our questions and give us actual facts. I'm glad that he was honest about the pain and other complications that may follow. I am thankful to all of them for the care I was given before my treatment began, during and after.

Dr.Lynch is a brilliant surgeon & his assistant Rosemary is exceptional. They are really dedicated! Theresa his office manager is very welcoming. His entire team is terrific! What a blessing!! Dr. Lynch, Rosemary and Theresa are an amazing team. Dr. Lynch did my reconstruction after my double mastectomy. He did an amazing job. When I had my pre-surgery sit down, Dr. Lynch explained everything in great detail and in a way that was easy to understand. After my surgery, Dr. Lynch and Rosemary told me if I had any questions or concerns to call (Rosemary's cell). I did have a concern and called Rosemary on Saturday, she had me send a picture. She assured me that it was probably nothing. Sunday morning I got a call from Dr. Lynch telling me he would come to my home and take a look. He came and all was well. Dr. Lynch and his staff took the best care of me during my breast cancer surgery and reconstruction . I look so amazing I can only thank Dr. Lynch and his team. Cancer almost ruined my life almost ruined my figure due to the fact that Dr. Lynch is a highly skilled perfectionist I now have the most beautiful breasts in the tri-state area .

Dr. Lynch and his team are the BEST! Him and his staff take so much time to explain things. He is professional and straight forward. And his nurse Rosemary is compassionate but tough, and doesn't let you get in your own way. If you can utilize their in house surgical center, I highly recommend it. Dr. Lynch and his capable, compassionate team are indeed something special! After three separate cancer incidences spanning a thirteen year period I was more than defeated by my inability to have reconstructive surgery. After a consultation I decided on the recommended procedure and have had great results. I am far more comfortable in my garments and my range of arm motion is definitely improved. The Doctor, his entire staff, the facility are a rare find and I highly recommend them.

Dr. Lynch is an extremely talented surgeon and a very compassionate person. He is intense about his work, and he strives for the best possible outcome for his patients. Dr. Lynch and his RN Rosemary Fox provide excellent care in every respect. Dr. Lynch is a caring, compassionate reconstructive surgeon. I have been a patient since 2009. Whatever the issue or concern I can reach Dr. Lynch with ease. He works in a collaborative fashion along with Rosemary(surgical first ).He is a perfectionist in returning women to a quality life after dealing with the effects of cancer. Dr. Lynch and Rosemary have been wonderful with my care. What was initially a simple closure turned into a months long process. They have been there every step of the way, assuring me and providing the best care, in spite of all my questions. I haven't had the "pleasure" of working with other Reconstructive Plastic Surgeons so this is the only experience I can "rate". At my appointment today I said to Doctor Lynch you must be really good or I am a excellent patient Even with a more complex case, Dr. Lynch did what others said they couldn't do. Dr. Lynch response was I'm really really good. I love that confidence and a important trait for a surgeon IMHO. Rosemary is a valuable asset to the team and a remarkable individual.

I suppose I am the unlucky one here. My reconstructive surgery failed it seems, and the office seems to want to shirk the issue as they are non-responsive. Not sure what I did to be ignored. My implant bottomed out suddenly, and I have to believe nobody at that office thinks this looks good. Every time I get out of the shower, I purposely avoid looking in the mirror at a very round, hard, unnatural, bowl-shaped implant that hurts like the dickens.Made my life much harder than it already is :-(

A five star review isn’t enough stars for Dr. Lynch & Rosemary. Dr. Lynch and his entire staff are the absolute best. A breast cancer diagnosis is devastating and I was very depressed until my first appointment with Dr Lynch and Rosemary. I knew everything would be fine after meeting with them. They really care about their patients and take their time explaining the process as well as answering your questions. Dr. Lynch is a perfectionist and I look better today than I did at 40 years ago.

Dr. Lynch is one of the most competent and caring physicians I have ever encountered. His expertise transformed a disfiguring and painful scar (from another plastic surgeon), into a minor blemish with no accompanying pain. I will always be grateful for his care. His entire office staff is pleasant, courteous and helpful.

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. Once I had my initial surgery, the next step was reconstruction. Dr. lynch and his staff were amazing! Dr. Lynch sat down and spent a substantial amount of time reviewing my options in detail. His surgical assistant, Rose, gave me a cell number I could call anytime with my questions and concerns. They were extremely professional, and my end results were excellent! I was more than satisfied.

I went to see Dr. Lynch for breast reconstruction and both he and Rosemary were great to work with during the whole process. They answered any questions I had during the months long process as well as in the time since my final surgery. I am very happy with the results.

From initial consultation through post-op care, Dr. Lynch, Rosemary and Theresa were always there to answer questions and to prepare my daughter for her surgery. She was empowered by them, the time they took to understand her goals of the surgery and to translate that into the results she needed. Rosemary was always available throughout the process to answer her questions and would get Dr. Lynch involved when needed.

I experienced a sports injury nearly losing my index finger. Dr. Lynch Responded to the hospitals emergency room and conducted emergency surgery. I have made a full recovery thanks to Dr Lynch's effort. Ed Schoen
