Thank Heaven for Doctor Keum and his Wonderful staff!!!! I have had the privilege to be a patient for the past 15 years. No one wants to be a patient, but sometimes we need help to get by in the physical body. They not only get attention to the necessary ailments but address the whole person. They truly and honestly care about the patients mind, body and soul. They give extra attention, comfort and care always. You do not have to look any further..Dr. Keum and his supporting Team are The Best!

I have been a patient of Dr. Keum for many years. Because of his expertise, I have been able to avoid many surgeries and the quality of my life is exponentially better. His staff is kind and on top of all of the complicated billing and insurance issues. I highly recommend Dr. Keum.

The girl that works at the desk was a horrible person, what is she doing working with the public. . The doctor is not a nice person either, my husband had injections in his back and he should have been sedated, but no they took him in there with nothing, his blood pressure was high when he went in and when he came out he was white as a ghost and pressure was off the chart.. Dr. Kume and his staff always been fantastic professionals. Been going over 12 yrs. So very helpful and thoughtful, I'd be lost without him. No sugarcoating straight fwd about everything. 5 star's

Not a good experience at all.

After battling pain for MONTHS, being misdiagnosed, and at a complete loss I was referred to Dr. Keum. He did not LISTEN to anything I was saying. He did not seem to CARE about what I was feeling. I felt like he had an excuse for everything I asked him about when I would question my treatment or why things were happening. But after suffering for months, I did whatever he thought was best for me. He started me on medications that WERE NOT NECESSARY, Continued to INCREASE medications that were NOT NECESSARY. PERFORMED A EPIDURAL BLOCK on me that WAS NOT NECESSARY according to a spine specialist was referred to. His office staff is very short with you and rude. Heaven forbid you call with questions. They make you feel like you’re a bother. The couple months I did see him, I got nowhere. And here I am 6 months later found out I was misdiagnosed, don’t need medications he put me on, and can hardly walk. If you love yourself or someone in your family stay away from him. He’s a quack.

Been going to him for years and he has been a great help for my pain. I highly recommended Dr. Keum.

This guy is a hack and someone that doesnt care about his patients, only interested in writing out scrips and making money, he is the reason people have drug addications from un controlled pain and he never follows up or checks in on a patient, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HACK!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Keum for over 15 years. I have sciatica nerve damage, arthritis throughout my entire spine, 4 back and neck surgery’s plus a hip replacement. Doc has kept me going. He’s called me his walking miracle. I believe I’d be on disability if it wasn’t for him! As far as his staff goes they are great! They may not have that bedside manner we all want, but they know there job. Unfortunately do to this opioid epidemic all physicians that deal with strong narcotics to help with pain have there hands tied due to the oversight of the FDA. Doctors cannot always perform there remedies due to regulations. Alls I can say is he’s my miracle worker and keeps me upright and productive! God bless him! Dr. Keum is arrogant and unprofessional. He lacks patience and compassion. I have a Bachelor's Degree and have worked with people in a professional capacity for over 30 years. I would never treat or talk to one of my Consumer's the way he talked to me. I think his time would be better spent doing Research.

Dr. Keum is WONDERFUL! However his front office staff has less than a sunny disposition. Tristan in billing and appointments is angry and rude. I won’t be going back strictly because of her.

After being a patient for more than 6 years with appts every 3 months I was turned away when my insurance changed. I called spoke with the office even faxed my ins card over 1 month prior to my appt. Drove 45 mins there to walk in to a NASTY OFFICE WORKER we can't see you?????? Claims knew nothing of my fax and calls. Wouldn't take private pay either???? Thanks for NO HELP I was left to cold turkey from Fentanyl patches and my usual 70 Vicodin monthly supplies. Even my insurance was baffled because Kuem's office accepts their other 3 policies. We called to hoapitals and pain clinics unable to be seen FOR months. Even then they were uncertain if they wanted a prescription Fentanyl patch user. Thanks for the LACK OF COMPASSION/OATH to help people. Withdrawl is the worst I'm still going through the back half. The HUMANE way would have been to see me let me pay and get me started on the withdrawl process. Dr Keum was not compassionate in his care of my mother with Alzheimer's. Basically, he didn't want to treat her pain since she has Alzheimer's, which is cruel. He even told us we should put her in a home (unsolicited advice) and that we should put my dad in one also. I would not recommend anyone seeing this awful human being.
