Dr. Kellieher is always easy to talk to and does a good job with laser treatments. I appreciate the kind staff members too.

The nurses and the dr were very nice. And I was very happy he was actually able to do something for me the same day. But when it came time to getting the cream and Lotion I needed, I couldn't afford all 3 so I only bought the 2 they said were most important. Of course the Clobetasol that's a prescription. However, when I was searching the Vanicream, I found the same thing online for $13 that your office charged me $48 for I was furious. I told them I don't have much money and I'm going without other things to take care of the moles on my face. This is an outrage. I don't know what else to say.

The staff are the best. Friendly, thoughtful and knowledgeable to your needs. Dr Kelleher is knowledgeable, informed of the latest in dermatology and cosmetics. He is there and available for your needs.

I have been coming to this practice for past 7 years probably, I recommended Dr. Mathew Kelleher to multiple people for his wisdom and expertise, my family also has been going for the skin checks up and dermatology questions. Although, I have many good words to say about the practice and DR. Kelleher, but unfortunately bad experience makes me write this review. I am disappointed with time wait, this happens always, there is never less than 30 minute wait, 30 minute is nothing compared, I always schedule in the morning before 7. I expressed my disappointment multiple times, if I respect the practice and always come on time, like a clock, never late, can this be achieved towards me also…? Dr. Kelleher seems rushed always, I can feel he is coping not to show, as his nurses too, but it is hard not to. Today I was rushed again. There is an opportunity to reduce the wait time, everyone will benefit, not to double book, pay a great attention, analysis must be applied. ACA was implemented with notions, that patient should not be waiting more than 15min.

Excellent doctor!

Excellent practice, always on time, very thorough, detailed explanations, good follow through.

I went to see Dr.Kelleher and iam very happy with the results he was very pleasant to talk to and made me very comfortable I initially went to get one little thing removed and he mention my other mole I had and he helped me with both of them , he also observed my entire face before proceeding with the procedure iam very very happy and I’ll go back any time I’ll have an issue with anything on my face I recommend Dr.Kelleher to anyone and everyone .

Dr Kelleher and his staff always make sure the patient is aware of the procedure(s) and services provided. He also is concerned about the patients comfort while in his care.

Such a great doctor! He always enters the exam room saying hello and asking how I am. He also recalls subjects we talked about 6 months ago. I had to cancel an appointment and told why on the voicemail recording. Unfortunately the reason I had to cancel involved a family tragedy. He inquired about that and offered his condolences. Just a nice person and he knows what he is doing.

Extremely pleased with the service and hospitality Dr Kelleher and his staff provided during my visit. I had a bunch of questions and Dr Kelleher took his time to explain and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Absolutely professional and friendly people at this clinic. Booking was super easy with the coordinator, (thanks Karen!) he’s booked out weeks in advanced and I can see why. I got the VBeam laser treatment for my rosacea and it has been the most thorough and precise treatment that I’ve gotten, and I’ve been to 5 dermatologists! I flew in from Los Angeles to be treated, and I highly recommend. The nurses are so nice and helpful. (It matters when you look like you were beat up in the face after treatment) Thank you guys! I saw Dr. Kellee her for a Laser treatment on a basal cell area. Everything went smoothly and while there was a bit of a bite with the treatment it was over in no time at all.

Dr. Kelleher and his team are worth traveling for! They take such great care of thier patients from start to finish. I lived in IL when I had my first service, but now I’m living in VA and travel to him. People think I’m crazy, but when you find someone who takes great care of you and makes you comfortable you stick with them. I really appreciate him and his team! Thank you!!!

The doctor Matthew Kelleher was absolutely great but here is my dilemma. I took off a day of work for a "consultation" and the receptionist sent me to his Naperville office which didn't have the necessary equipment to perform the services I needed. I told the receptionist what services I needed done before I even scheduled the consultation and she still sent me to the wrong place so I had to take off work another day which was yet another month of waiting and another 2 hour drive one way to get the procedure done. Basically just wasted my time and money. I think the process could be a little more refined. I know my experience was probably not normal but it is what it is and that's what happened so I was frustrated. Overall, I am happy with the procedure in the end.
