Dr. Kapalis was great! He was very kind, respectful and didn’t make me feel like I was wasting anyones time. He was more than willing to answer any questions I had, listened to my concerns, and explained things in a way I could understand. The rest of the staff in the office were great as well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kapalis to my family and friends!

Dr. Kapalis was very knowledgeable about my condition and explained a possible procedure for me. He answered my questions. I hardly had to wait to see him. The nurses were also very friendly.

I had an amazing experience with this doctor. Please people understand he's a specialty dr so you may have to wait to see him.. that's how ALL specialist work. Dr. Kapalis was called in to see my friend for a pacemaker. Not only did he get in the phone with me prior to her procedure but we talked face to face before and after. His bedside manner was excellent. I am referring another dear friend to him at BHI in Lincoln. 5 stars from me dr. Keep up the good work.

While he is a brilliant doctor, there is a lack of bedside manor and personal empathy.

I had the complete opposite experience with the Dr. Kapalis. I spent almost an hour waiting for him to come into the exam room. When I said something about it there was no apology and he asked if I wanted to just leave now. He hurried through everything so I couldn't even think of questions to ask. He didn't tell me anything about how long the procedure was, if was an overnight stay, what restrictions I would have or when I could go back to work. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Kapalis was impressive in his "bedside manor", a trait many doctors fall short in. I felt the time we spent talking about my health and the upcoming procedure were well spent and was not in a hurried state. Dr. Kapalis was conscious of my apprehension for the procedure and took care that I was comfortable with all aspects of what was going to happen. I will be the first to admit I am not a good patient however, my experience with Dr. Kapalis was extremely favorable.
