Dr Jaffe is very in tune to his patients Very knowledgeable in his skills. I need to knee replacement even though l really didn't want it so instead he gave me cortisone shots in each knee which helped with the pain almost immediately and he doesn't like giving out narcotics so that impressed me immediately. Dr Jaffe has been my knee miracle worker for over 20 years with having 100% success with lateral release surgery on both knees when other doctors quote 50% average. When I have flares he gets them calmed down for me.

Dr. Jaffee has always been very supportive of my medical concerns from the start of going to see him. I appreciate him and his staff greatly. He truly took care of me.

Angela at the front desk was very warm and surprisingly pronounced my first name correctly. ???? The nurse, xray tech and Dr. Jaffe were exceptionally pleasant and made me feel at ease about needing a steroid injection in my shoulder. I highly recommend this location for Ortho treatment.

My wife had both knees replaced and one rotator cuff operation. I had one knee replacement. All went well. Dr. Jaffe is a good no-nonsense surgeon. We both liked him. For all four OP’s he sent us home with Continuous Passive Movement (CPM) machines that moved the joints and made a world of difference in the outcome. Many surgeons don’t use CPM’s. I suspect that therapy means money and a CPM helps you recover quicker. Dr. Jaffe is not a touchy-feely guy. But he’s a surgeon who can give you the best possible outcome on your operation. I’d recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Jaffe is one of the finest Orthopedic surgeons with a great bedside manner. The staff from check-in to the nurses are always pleasant.

The staff, front desk and nurses, are always friendly and helpful whenever I have an appointment. The time waiting is very satisfactory. My previous visits have not been very long.

Dr. Jaffe was very informative and the staff is very customer centric. Appt was very timely as I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Wait time was less than 5 mins. Dr. Jaffe was the 2nd doctor that I have seen in the practice (I had a urgent need and could not wait for other doctor), but he made sure he familiarized himself with my history, asked questions, and offered additional treatment plans. I look forward to partnering with him on my treatment. Update; above was my review from Dec. 21 so I’m not sure why it did not post. Just want back yesterday, March 31st, and still very pleased. What a great staff! They are friendly and efficient. And Dr. Jaffe has a great ‘bedside manner.’ He is friendly, to the point, and explains things in a relatable way.

The staff are extremely nice while being professional...the only shot back is the doctors do not understand individual pain or effects, so they are not thorough in that aspect of treating it but, trying to get to the root of the pain, they are great

I was in Ortho Atlanta office in Douglasville GA seeing Dr.Jaffe. Recommendations from friends brought my husband and I to him a few years ago. On Thursday came in for periodic cortisone shot and ultrasound of knee. In and out in 45 minutes.☺️

Piedmont Ortho is a great office. The staff is great as well as the Dr's. The wait time is extremely short which is what I love! A friend recommended them to me and my mom goes there as well!

This location is AMAZING! I broke my foot 3 days before my birthday and my ortho appointment at a different office fell through once I got there, needless to say I was stressed - called Piedmont and they got me in 20 minutes later and got me casted!! The staff was SO friendly! Literal lifesavers!

Doctor is unprofessional, not sympathetic to senior patients. He told a patient it was too early to call the in call doctors number so in pin the patient had to drive herself post op to the ER. Choose wisely when looking for a provider. Patients have a choice.

Dr. Matthew Jaffe is a fraud. I came in with, at the time, I thought was a possible meniscus tear. Didn’t even order an mri for me, touched my knee and made me bend and straighten it for the total of 3 times, and had the nerve to only tell me that my “cartilage was very, very angry at me”. His exact words. Didn’t even tell me how I could help my “angry cartilage” and instead ordered me to physical therapy at his place. I also told him I was already going to physical therapy. I went to a different orthopedic in villa rica and was told that I indeed tore my meniscus and needed surgery. That is a neglectful doctor and he didn’t take me seriously because I’m 18 and was by myself. Don’t waste your time or money because he doesn’t know what he’s talking about.
