Dr. Iwinski is a very kind, competent dentist. My experience clinically was always good, but the billing department seemed fishy. Having worked in healthcare for 15+ years, it seemed odd that every time I went, I never owed anything and never saw any bills in the mail, including when I had a night guard made. I asked several times how much it would cost and was told for months that they were waiting to hear back from the insurance company for the claim. Claims do not take this long. In November, over 6 months after I have been using this night guard and have since had a cleaning done (11 months after my insurance changed), they call to tell me they need my new insurance information as they had my previous year insurance on file. Again, this is after I asked and called back multiple times to find out the cost. A few weeks later, I find out that my insurance never covered the night guard and that I owe 100% of it out of pocket. Even though I did like Dr. Iwinski, I will not be returning to this practice as they clearly don't seem to be on top of their billing and I do not want any more unexpected bills to arise. Dr. Iwinski is a real humanitarian and a terrific dentist. I highly recommend him and his staff.

My kids are now the second generation going to Dr. I and they love it...yep, they love their dentist. Great experience and customer service. Crazy to think it’s been over a decade but it makes sense consider when we go it feels like a friends reunion. Highly recommend.

My whole family have been going to Dr. Iwinski for several years, even after moving a few towns over. Not like any other dentist in that he is very gentle and won't push extra procedures if not necessary. Although it is sometimes hard to schedule an appointment, he will move the schedule around very quickly for emergencies.We would highly recommend him and his practice.

I've been with Dr. Iwinski since he started this practice. The level of care I've received over these years has been exceptional. I have many dental issues and Dr. Matt has always resolved them. My dental hygienist, Erica, is very thorough and friendly. I recently moved South Windsor, which is a 2 hours drive for an office visit. For me, the drive is worth it. I wouldn't have any other dentist.

Ever since I left the city and moved to Northern Westchester, my daughter and I have been very happy with Dr. Iwinski's practice for almost twenty years now! He referred my daughter to a dental surgeon in town, when it was time to pull a few first teeth, which did not come out voluntarily, and Dr. Austin Feeney, the "best of the best" orthodontists we could have asked for on the same floor and in the same building as Dr. Iwinski, helped my daughter to a beautiful smile for life in her mid-teens. Always painless and always beautiful, prompt repair work to make your teeth look beautiful and stay strong. There is not a dental question, he would not have an excellent answer for. What I appreciate the most is that his approach to any kind of work is always conservative first.
