Prompt, and very professional. Explained everything to my understanding

My Husband and I had a nice visit with Dr Hettle. After seeing my Nuerologist n Nuerosurgeon for the last year he looked at my paper reports and I also took my CDs of Scans n MRI n he noticed something my other Drs hadn’t told me before so next step is to see a Nuerologist at U of M Hospital for more in depth studies. My biggest complaint is I’ve had internal body vibrations from my feet to my lower back/belly that buzzes a 10 plus as if my Spinal Cord Stimulator is turned on full blast, which was put in 2007 n removed last year 2021 n order to have a MRI done. I think he convinced us even more especially my Husband that I do have a problem that needs addressed. I’ve suffered the last 20 months with these n NO idea what’s causing them. So glad my Primary Dr directed us to see Dr Hettle, maybe it won’t take a whole year again or more to get this figured out. So yes, next step is U of M Dr for results. Thank You Dr Hettle for your consultation.

I went and saw Dr Hettle this morning for a consult and some testing and was very happy. He was very friendly and patient with wonderful bedside manner, made sure he was explaining the testing clearly to me to know what to expect. I would definitely highly recommend him to anyone looking and would return to him without hesitation if I needed! Dr. Hettle was very prompt, very efficient, very informativ, and pleasant to deal with!

20+ years of experience helped allowed him to answer all of my questions. Very pleasant.

Dr. Hettle was amazing. He listened well, he showed that he really cared and was very understanding.

My doctor is Dr Moyer having hand surgery on 3-9 for carpal tunnel. Very good and explains procedure.

Very accommodating. He fit me in so quickly on a same day referral so that I wouldn't have to drive back since I live an hour and a half away from the office. He did such a great job of explaining my procedure to me and answered all of my questions. Very professional.

I would not recommend dr hettles office. I went in there today for an appointment and i have medicaid out of oakland county and they wouldnt see me because of that and they told me that they only see medicaid patients who live in genesee county only. The staff at the front desk was unfriendly too.

My experience with Dr. Hettle was nothing but positive. I found him to be very easy to communicate with. He asked questions and listened to my answers. I didn't find him at all rude or disrespectful. He couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. Explained my problem and solutions in a very easy to understand manner. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Hettle was rude and condescending to my son. I would not recommend him under any circumstances.

He has terrible bedside manner and told a patient very rudely and not in a comforting way that he is never going to get better and was going to go downhill fast. When someone is trying to figure out why they are having particular symptoms and a doctor is so rude and uncaring, it makes the whole experience that much more stressful and scary. My dad was there for an EMG that was for another doctor and Dr. Hettle was a huge jerk to him. I cannot believe that a doctor who is supposed to help patients could be so rude and condescending. Don't ever go see him!

My dad went to see Dr. Hettle for an EMG. After completing the EMG, Dr. Hettle looked at my dad, told him he was not going to get any better and he would be going downhill fast. My dad was already very worried about his condition and said Dr. Hettle was rude and he never would return. I cannot believe that a doctor, whose main job is to take care of people, would be so disrespectful as to rudely tell a patient that. Maybe he should work on his bedside manner a little more.

Dr. Hettle was kiind enough but a bit on edge, like he didn't believe some things I told him. He was willing to work with me, but I was not open with him about running out of my medication too, early. He had me take a urine test before I left, I had already got my new rx from him and he was kind enough to give me what I knew would help. BUT, my urine test came back showing there was no medication in my urine so now I am not able to see him again, all because I was not honest with him...good Doc. but you better tell him everything!
