Dr. Matthew Friedman

Dr. Friedman is an amazing, caring, and knowledgeable doctor, who is very dedicated. He cares about the whole person, which is why it may take more time, but totally worth it! Been a patient since he first opened over 30 years ago.

Receptionist is very rude. You can literally hear her talk to patients about their health issues. The woman in the back is horrible. She told the two receptionist in the front office to call patients to harass them to come in to see Dr. Friedman in order to pay up on bills only..disgusting!!!!

I've been a patient for over 30 year's. Dr. Friedman is absolutely the most caring Physician I've ever dealt with. If your appointment is running late remember he treats each patient with respect and dignity. And he also listens to the patient without typing notes into a laptop as many Physicians do. As far as the office staff goes his team deals with very demanding patients therefore time is always an issue. Unprofessional, if you have a set appointment time you should be seen at that set appointment time and not be sitting there waiting for almost an hour past your scheduled time the one receptionist not sure her name she is unprofessional and rude! My advice go somewhere else so you are not waiting and waiting WHILE you do not feel good very unsatisfied very ignorant for that one receptionist who treats people like trash 3pm today I'm furious. Receptionist is very quick to cut the call in a much less than nice manner. No idea how Dr. Freidman is as a PCP and unfortunately due to that interaction, I won’t find out.

Receptionist is rude, and be prepared to wait over an hour every time you show up for an appointment

I have been a patient for 20 plus years! I am more than satisfied with Dr. Friedman and his staff. Sometimes you have to wait a little but it is worth the wait! Doctor gives you his full attention, he has a kind heart.

Dr Friedman is friendly, relaxed, very knowledgeable and thorough. He is very attentive and answers all my questions in a patient and thorough manner

Wonderful office and doctor. They take on emergency appts so occasionally you will wait 30-45 minutes to be seen which is the only downfall but all doctors offices do that. Reception is wonderful and very friendly and Dr. Friedman is very knowledgeable and nice. I highly recommend this office!

Excellent family physician! I will say - he doesn't always run on time so be prepared to wait on some days - but that's ALL I can say bad. I have been a patient for some 25 years and what I really like is that he knows his stuff - and nothing is more important. The local walk-in clinics are a joke - you don't even see a MD. In 2013 I went to Dr. Friedman with a mild sore throat and he was able to quickly have me diagnosed with cancer. May have saved my life as I was Stage 4.

Hard to reach the office. Calls often go to voice mail during regular hours. Showed up for an appointment 10 minutes early to complete paperwork. Taken several minutes late after scheduled time then left in a examination room 45 minutes still waiting for Dr. Friedman. Receptionist acts like she is being bothered by patients showing up. Showed for my scheduled appointment 10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork (there was none). I was taken several minutes after my scheduled appt. Then left in an examination room alone for 45 minutes. The office is difficult to reach. During business hours calls often go to voicemail. The waiting room chairs feel like you are going to fall through them. I weigh 125 lbs and changed chairs only to discover the other one is the same. The receptionist acts annoyed by patients.
