It all went well, the ladies are working hard to get you ready and when the doc walks in he can have some insights. You'll notice, he's ready to listen and also share his knowledge. Don't forget, he's a good listener

Had a 2pm appt and didn't get called in until about 2:40. Considering they have lunch from 12:00-1:00 that means between 1:00 and 2:00 they got 40 minutes behind. Judging by the agitated patient in the waiting room that said it was his second time having an appt which was 45 minutes behind schedule, I'd say it's not uncommon for them to over schedule patients and run behind. Staff was nice, interaction with medical assistant and doctor was fine but the office and practice are not well managed.

When I leave Dr. Etheridge's office it is like walking on clouds. It took a little while for the Cortisone shot to take effect. Since then my foot has been pain free. Thank you!

The doctor and the staff were very nice. They have a very relaxed atmosphere in their office. Just a little expensive, but that’s to be expected nowadays.

Dr. Etheridge is fantastic. He immediately diagnosed what was causing my pain, took the time to explain my foot/ankle issue and made recommendations on what would be the best treatment plan. He is compassionate, listens to his patients and takes the time to ensure you receive really good medical care.

The whole experience was like walking back in time …at least I could walk prior to the surgery. 2 months post op and the pain is unbearable. This is regarding Dr C. When I went to see him about my continued inability to walk. He stood outside the exam room door and scolded the nurse for not assessing my foot right. Then blamed me for wearing the wrong shoe (crocs). Never did come in to assess for himself. I got the hell out of there as fast as my injured foot could carry me. Yikes! Good news is there’s a plethora of Podiatrists willing to help a foot out.

I waited for an hour and a half to get seen, my appt was at 0930 I gotcthere at 0915 and got called in at 1006, this was after I went to the front desk to let them know. Both assistants were rude one shrugged her shoulders stating "wer'e running late" and the other promptly asked if I wanted to reschedule, and said "we have two doctors and four rooms" and asked again if I wanted to reschedule, then she left. Meanwhile I was waiting at the lobby seeing people called in, people that arrived after me. When my appt. Was over the same Front desk person, Tabatha, was quick to charge, but luckily the nice lady in a room next to the front desk heard her and informed her that my insurance covered my orthotics 100%, but she continued to ask for my card, I looked at the nice lady in the room, and she repeated herself, Tabatha totally ignored her. So I asked I don't have to pay, then she asked "when did we started doing this" she asked but no one else was around to answer her. I wonder how many people get treated like this and if Tabatha is usually so distracted or maybe is too much work for her... this is not the first time when my husband came before she was also quick to charge we had to explain that our insurance covered the TX 100%, I think she needs some training... or help...I really like Dr. ETHRIDGE BEST DOCTOR IN TOWN!! but her Front desk person could work on her manners and professionalism.

Honest, polite, friendly, good facility and very minimum wait time. When your appointment time is scheduled you will more then likely be summoned to be seen. And oh by the way DR "C" is a very caring card.

I am very pleased with Dr Etheridge and his caring staff. He knew immediately I had plantar fasciitis in both feet. This condition takes time to heal. Dr. Snellgrove and his staff were absolutely wonderful. They made my mom so comfortable with their explanations to her procedure. They listened to her concerns and made sure my mom understood all her after care instructions. My mom can not stop talking about her recent visit; she was so pleased and expressed very positive comments with Dr Snellgrove and his staff.

Totally enjoyed my first appointment with Matthew discussed my Ingrown Toe nail issue and proceeded with the surgery with kindness and total dedication that I felt certain my pain would be taken care of. His nurse Paula and his staff were caring, courteous, supportive and dedicated to me returning to good health. I am looking forward to healing after I follow the healing guide lines given to me.
