Dr. Matthew Jordan Dickson

My husband went to dr Dickson because he had a mass inside his neck. He did a biopsy then surgery at the glens falls hospital. No cancer thank god. He did a great job on his neck. Took time with us and answered all our questions . I would highly recommend him .

Told me I need to adapt to my hear loss. Incredible.

Did a great job very friendly and explained the the procedure process to a t.

After waiting 2 mos. for this appt. I had slight difficulty finding the building. I called and found I was 1/2 mile away. Drove there an called again to say I was in the lot. Walked in and announced myself (apparently not noticed). After waiting several minutes I got the attention of one of 2 conspiring receptionists. She began processing me then decided to check with the doctor because I was now "late". Doctor said to reschedule for another day. No consideration for the fact that 12 of the 18 min. we were "late were actually spent in the office. No consideration of the 1 hour travel time. No consideration of the difficulty finding the office. No consideration, no treatment, no caring, no reasonableness ... next patient. "Nurse call my club and see if you can move up my tee time".

I had excruciating in the pain from seeking and ulcers inside my upper lip staring in November, treated at HHHN, and it never went away. December I went to HHHN again ,was treated and referred to This ENT. In December, I was I couldn't get in until March 13! I couldn't Eat, drink or talk without pain daily. He listens to his patients.Hes so kind and very professional. He really is a Dr. I would recommend, he is knowledgable and he cares. The whole office just extremely caring and professional.

Ive had mouth problems bad enough to go to the emergency room. My tongue swells and I can't swallow. I get sores that are unbearable, some of them I've had for a long time. I went to Adirondack ENT and I was examined by Dr. Kennedy. I had a sore behind my tongue the size of a dime I didn't even know was there and friends and family thought I was drunk when I called on the phone. Kennedy did not seem interested in me and wanting to rush through the appointment. I asked for a biopsy because of how long I have had the sores. he didn't want to do it. he refused I insisted and so he got a smirk on his face and he pulled over a table and gave me two fast shots to my tongue and then grabbed a pair of pliers and yanked a huge piece of skin off, still smiling. I started crying and laughed and cried all the way home I've never had so much pain. He gave me a topical treatment which works as I took it but not after. so I went back and saw a different doctor, Dr. Otto, who was not very helpful and then finally I saw a nurse practitioner. When I called I insisted on the top Doctor Who was an M.D. When I got there I was told I was going to see someone else than the doctor I requested. He prescribed the same topical treatment but give me the recipe to make it. was $50 in the pharmacy. I'm very angry because my tongue is often so infected I can't eat or drink. Hi! Remember me? I'm that patient you never called back, despite calling the emergency line 4 times at Adirondack ENT. I'm disgusted by the fact that over the course of an hour and a half, you ignored multiple phone calls and pages made to you. I am a very real person going through very real suffering, and the fact that you never called me back tells me you are a selfish person who went into medicine for the wrong reasons. If you didn't want to be on call - why bother? It's not like I needed your help at a weird hour, it was 5:27 PM when the nice ladies at the call center first tried to reach you. They tried to reach you again, and again, and finally, I just asked for your name so I could leave this review for you, since I (correctly) believed you would never call me back. Perhaps you should retire if you don't like the responsibilities of being a doctor. Hi! Remember me?
