Dr Cunningham is an excellent doctor. He took the time to explain the procedure to us in layman terms. He was caring and compassionate as he assured my husband about the low risk of an upcoming procedure. He even ensured that his findings were accurate by asking for additional photos of the affected eye. The office staff were also professional and efficient.

Dr. Cunningham has been great! When my injury first happened I was directed to Florida Retina late in the evening. Dr. Cunningham not only stayed way past closing to make sure he could see me, he also stayed and performed my surgery right away. Since that first meeting Dr. Cunningham has always been great and has helped me through my recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Cunningham to all of my friends and family.

This was my first appointment and I am pretty happy with doctor Cunningham I will recommend to anyone who is looking for a retina doctor.

Very efficient office. Short wait times. Professional assistants and office staff. Dr. Cunningham takes the time to thoroughly examin and explain one’s condition. He also involves one in the decision making process for further treatment by explaining one’s options. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Dr. Cunningham. He explained everything clearly in a professional and personable manner.

As a Professional Photographer for 34 years, my eyesight is extremely important. When my eyesight became compromised, it was very unnerving. Dr. Cunningham guided my wife and me step by step through each procedure as he worked with determination to restore my eyesight. Besides being an amazing doctor and surgeon, he is also an incredibly compassionate person! I have recommended Dr. Cunningham to family, friends and clients. Ihighly reccommend him to you too!

If you are looking for a knowledgeable doctor who inspires confidence, is personable, and genuinely cares about his patients, then Doctor Cunningham is for you. It can be bit worrying having to see a doctor for eye trouble, but Doctor Cunningham puts you at ease as soon as he walks in the door, with his friendly demeanor, and confident manner. He does a thorough exam, and thoroughly explains his diagnosis, what to do, and what to expect. He's also respectful and patient. He's a real gem.

Dr. Cunningham is very forth coming with his diagnosis and explains the situation well. I feel he has my best interest and care in mind. All of his staff that I have met are very friendly and easy to talk to.

He began my appointment with POSITIVE eye information. Good start with a new patient. Explained my issue in words and actions that I could understand completely. Very likeable personality...nice smile!

I began seeing Dr. Cunningham after a supposedly much more experienced retina doctor ruined my cornea trying to perform office procedures. Dr. Cunningham performed 3 surgical operations trying to repair my detached retina. In the end, it was only partially successful due to original damage from botched office procedures.... would have been more successful had I gone to Dr. Cunningham originally. I highly recommend Dr. Cunningham as his experience and ability is superb.

I was very pleased with Dr Cunningham this was the first time to meet him and I just moved here from texas after retirement. He was extremely busy the day we were there but thats ok as lone as he is extremely through with the eye exam. I look forward to many years of being his patient.

Doctor was very informative. He explained my situation completely. A plan was aid out on my first visit. I recommend him highly.

I felt very comfortable the minute Dr. Cunningham walked into the exam room. That same comfort soon became confident Dr. Cunningham was going to help me with my problem and my eye sight would be restored. I was so surprised when he gave me the option of having the procedure that very day. My prayers were answered. A couple days after the procedure I had called about a concern. My call was quickly returned by a tech and helped me to understand it was all normal.

Dr. Cunningham took the time to explain the test results and answer any questions I had. Excellent service and interaction with the whole staff!!

I have seen Dr. Cunningham several times and I like him a lot. He always listens to me and always explains where we are and what we are doing. I feel very comfortable with him and his associates. Besides, he is an ALABAMA fan! ROLL TIDE!

Very pleased with Dr. Cunningham and his assistant David. I came in for a second opinion and possible alternative treatment to shots. Dr. Cunningham is going to closely monitor me and only treat with shots as necessary. The whole staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. The practice was also highly recommended by a friend.

Awesome Doctor! Took my father there for treatment on diabetes-related eye problems. Dr. Cunningham made us feel so comfortable; my father really liked him. My dad never felt any kind of pain through all the surgeries he had. Excellent, professional service the entire time. Thank you so much!
