Dr. Ballo is extremely detailed and easy to understand. I'm so thankful to have a knowledgeable doctor that truly cares about his patients and strives to provide the best care available. The nurses and other staff are also excellent.

He explained my situation to me and talked to me like a seasoned veteran . He answered all of my questions and listened to my input. As many doctors as I have had to encounter since my journey began in April 2019, he was one of the most helpful and considerate doctors I have met thus far. Although my journey has been a period of ups and downs and this unfortunately is my final chapter ,as of now, I can say that West Cancer Center in East Memphis is doing what they can to help me I feel. My appointment was right on time. Staff was courteous and friendly. Dr. Ballo took the time to answer questions and was very informative. Overall a very positive experience.
