Dr. Ashbach is just the best -- caring, kind, and very good at what he does! He really takes the time to listen to you, ask questions, and explain why he's doing what he's doing. Wish all of my doctors were this good.

Dr. Ashbach has been my ENT for 10 + years. He is gentle, smart, caring, and efficient. I have followed him to 3 different office locations because I absolutely trust him. Today, with no anesthesia (except numbing drops) he placed a tube in my broken ear. As a woman in her mid 40’s- I have the Eustachian tubes of a toddler. This is the second time he has performed this procedure on me wide awake. I do not tolerate general anesthesia and honestly- it’s not necessary with him! He is so quick and careful, and I will continue to recommend him to all of my pediatric patient’s parents! I can hear again and I am happy :) Dr. Ashbach has been my ENT for 10 + years. Dr. Ashbach, is the best ENT specialists you will find in the Seattle area. He cares for his patients and will find the root cause of your medical condition. He did my sinus surgery and now I'm able to breath again and taste my food. I had lost the sense of taste for almost a year and would always have sinus pressure. Dr Ashbach was friendly and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.

We recently moved to the area and we had to make a decision in favor of this clinic based on positive online reviews only. My husband visited Dr Ashbach and had a sinus CT scan. After the procedure was done, we had no follow up call from the clinic until we were able to get hold of the clinic on our end and schedule a video call. Following the doctor’s recommendation, my husband wanted to get a surgery scheduled. In the past two weeks I called the surgery office 4 times, always reached the answering machine, left messages and received no follow up calls. My husband also sent them a message via the patients portal. No feedback. I am writing this review to draw attention of the clinic to the quality of care. If you are unable to schedule the surgery, please give us a referral! Pay attention to your patients. We have a very good feeling about the doctor and we would like to move forward with the surgery but the responsiveness of the surgery administrator is 0. Exceptional care and attention given with a very scary hearing loss issue. Highly recommend if in need of a specialist.

Dr. Ashbach was very professional and courteous. He answered my questions and I felt he genuinely cared.

So I call up this clinic after coming here before and getting a prescription before right, their answering service says to hang up and call the pharmacy to refill prescriptions, so I do this... Only to get a notification later that my much needed antibiotic prescription has been denied. MEGGA FAIL

Dr Ashbach worked extremely hard to assure my entire hospital experience was the highest quality care. He addressed me as a human being. He talked with me not to his laptop!

Dr. Ashbach is AMAZING. I had another provider in Washington do a nose surgery last year and he messed it up so bad. I was SO LUCKY to find Dr. Ashbach. Very quick visit and a VERY competent doctor. I knew from my first visit I was in good hands. He performed a surgery on me and did an amazing job and has a great plan of action for me. 10/10 would recommend. He’s fantastic! Truly cares about his patients.

My son had his ear tubes removed and patched. When he was healed and finally ready to go swimming he was so happy to not get water in his inner ear... the patches were perfect. The surgical experience was great!

I had a fantastic experience at Dr. Ashbach's office. I went to visit him regarding my Afrin addiction - he took his time explaining what was going on with my sinuses and exactly what needed to happen for me to heal. He gave me the time of day and carefully answered all of my questions. Now I'm one month Afrin-Free and happy as can be :) Highly recommend this office for any ENT needs. Spent very little time with my wife and I, poor explanations. This was a stressful time for us, and I found him condescending and unprofessional. What a waste of a medical school position!!

He is a thorough doctor. My health issues revolve around Crohns. He handled the complexity with ease.

Exactly what a doctor should not be: arrogant, condescending, impatient and not helpful. My wife and I had many questions, but were unable to ask almost anything as this doctor refused to listen to our concerns and seemed like he was most interested in getting out the door and not helping us.
