Dr. Marybeth Marcincin

I was referred to this office by a few friends. I’ve had a great experience every visit. I’m so happy that I am almost done with my invisalign treatment. Doc is amazing and so is the staff. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Originally came here to correct my teeth and then had 8 extractions which i questioned and was told everything was fine. My teeth does have few gaps between them since the braces came off however now years later my teeth shifted and I feel there was way to much extraction done. I went in today to pick up my bottom retainer replacement (however still using my old ones from a minor crack) i mention a space in between my teeth and the reception is a smart a** . She tells me last time I was there did I bring my retainers and I said yes and she says ok "did marybeth do a adjustment?""I said I'm not sure" she kept repetitive asking me the same question at this point its fustrating cause she sitting in front of a computer with notes and she then states "adjustments take time" and she still did not give any solution at this point or client teaching at this point and I ask for a appointment or speak tomarybeth and she repetitive tells me again "adjustments take time". MY last visit was for a replacement of the retainer Not adjusting them and it was not clear to me if my retainer I brought the last visit was adjusted but after the hassle of her lack of communication and without her looking at the notes in the system I recalled marybeth might have adjusted my retainers last visit cause I brought them for a bottom replacement and she look at my teeth (unclear it this was noted in the system cause the receptionist never clarified it )showever I been coming to my visits now and the gap has been there pratically for awhile and that was my concern, so after the miscommunicate with this receptionist, I now have a visit but this aint the first time this receptionist has a bad attitude and negative energy, i personally rather not deal with bad experiences especially when I'm going here trusting someone who needs to come in contact with me for work and dealing with rude receptionist. Such nice staff!!!

Lack of quality. Focused on $$$ and the endless but yet pointless appeasement of their $$$ source.

Went here when I was about 11 or 12 years old for orthodontic treatment. MaryBeth told my mom that braces weren't necessary and that she could fix everything with some retainers. Cosmetically my teeth looked good but I was never happy with the slight overbite I had and one tooth that wasn't completely straight (I told her this during almost every visit). I am now 23 years old and went to a new orthodontist to get my one tooth fixed that was never completely straight and they asked me if I had ever had orthodontic work done in the past because the alignment of my teeth was way off. She cosmetically made my teeth look good but never cared to look at how my teeth lined up. We went back to compare old pictures to make sure this didn't develop naturally over the years. I now have severe permanent wear on my molars and in order to fix my overbite I would now need jaw surgery. My overbite would've been fixable if I had treatment to fix it when I was younger and when my jaw was still growing. I am now spending a ton of money to get braces on as an adult, in order to prevent further permanent damage and issues with my teeth. Expensive but affordable. Very good for my daughter and we didn’t have any trouble with quality. Thank you so much!

I'll be honest up front that Marybeth is my aunt as you read this review. As you can see in the picture (I'm on the far right) my teeth and bite are excellent due to Marybeth. I had the works growing up, expander, head gear, braces, elastics, you name it, because of the state of my mouth. I am so happy with how my teeth turned out. And recently when my tooth next to my front big tooth started pushing back, Marybeth set me up with invisible braces which brought the tooth back to its original position. I highly recommend Marybeth as not only is she a fantastic doctor, but also her staff are incredible and friendly, and her office is very comfortable. Love Dr. Marybeth and her staff is great. Both of my kids have seen her and now they have beautiful smiles!!!

I have been a patient here for over 15 years and I receive compliments on my teeth constantly. The staff is very friendly and they always match their outfits. The office is very clean, organized and inviting. I also think it is very inexpensive considering the results!

The staff is friendly, and they are very clean. The only reason I decided to go there is because they said they accepted my insurance. After about 3 visits they tell me they DO NOT accept my insurance and I had to pay everything out of pocket.
