Dr Wall is an incredible doctor. Consider yourself lucky if you get to sit in her exam room, or be a patient under her knife in the OR. Honestly, my first three visits with her were terrible and I was terrified that she was the only ENT in the area. Later, i realized her bedside manner was not a direct reflection on her skills as a doctor. Hands down, she is the best doctor i've ever seen. Her bedside manner is not warm & comforting, and initially, that really scared me. Don't let it scare you.

Dr. Wall is a great provider and does excellent surgeries. We have had 4 surgeries within our family. I would recommend her 100%. If you want to be treated like a child, she may not work for you because she holds the patient accountable for the their health and their treatment. Which I appreciate in my health care providers.

I was referred from the ER to have packing(rhino rocket) removed 2-3 days after a nosebleed. The office refused to see me and I was told to have it removed when I got home 7 days later. I am an MD and asked to speak to Dr. Wall. She did not call. I now have a sinus infection and was told I was lucky I didn't get toxic shock syndrome.
