Knowledgeable, compassionate and great people skills.

I couldn't have been happier with my experience with Dr. Hartzell. She was so thorough. She explained everything in easy to understand details while using my X-ray to illustrate. I will always use Dr. Hartzell for all my podietry needs!

I’ve been to podiatrists before and gotten good care but the quality of Dr. Hartzell’s care is a level above and beyond what I’ve had previously.

Doctor Hartzell took the time to walk me through the different options that were available to rectify the issues with my feet. She also was willing to answer questions about whatever was causing the issues. I appreciate her patience.

Exceptional care and honesty about my feet. On time, clean, respectful and kind.

Excellent Dr. Took time to answer all questions & explained all options available for issue.

Best experience I ever had with a podiatrist. Even removed a piece of glass from my toe that I thought was already removed. Would recommend Dr Hartzell to all my family and friends.

This was my first visit to Dr. Hartzell. I found the staff and Dr. Hartzell to be professional and empathetic. When I arrived, I was immediately taken for an X-ray so that the doctor could speak to my issue with all the facts. She saw the problem and offered several solutions. Dr. Hartzell was prepared for my visit. She reviewed my history before her meeting with me. She listened to my foot pain issue. She examined my previous X-rays and MRI. Dr. Hartzell worked with me to create a plan to find out the cause of my pain. She also addressed my foot routine maintenance.

As always, Dr Hartzell was compassionate & understanding in addition to competent & efficient. Fixed me up quickly and sent me off with clear instructions for self-care after the procedure she had to do. I wish I'd found her sooner! Suffered for a long time under other podiatrists' "care."

The doctor was prompt. She was thorough with examining the area being treated. Explained the condition. Gave positive perks on what, I have been doing to treat the condition form my personal efforts. She showed patience and kindness.

I have been to OAA multiple times but this is my first visit with Dr. Hartzell. She made me feel very comfortable right away, very professional and knowledgeable. I am confident in the treatment plan she developed. She explained everything fully. Support staff also very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Hartzell did a fantastic job on my feet. I felt like a new person walking out of the office.

Excellent care - kind and knowledgeable doctor. The whole office team was wonderful.

Staff was very helpful; the ipad check in procedure was difficult to navigate, with poor options (they told me to skip it since none of it applied to my appt today). Dr. Hartzell was excellent, professional, very informative, and practical. I look forward to following up with her in the next few months.

Dr. Hartzell was wonderful. She was very professional and personable. She took into account the fact that my daughter is only 14 and explained the procedure to her at her level of understanding. Dr. Hartzell listened and helped to start getting the foot / ankle issue corrected. Wish I would have thought to gone to her sooner.

We love Dr Hartzel. She saved my husband’ s foot, and Is very attentive.

This woman is all about running tests, and waiting as long as she can before she tells you it looks like you are going to lose your lim, or in my case my toe. If you don't want an amputation, go some where else.I wish I had I give her 1 star, but she doesn't Evan deserve that.
