They just charged me a $45 cancelation fee, which is fine. The staff was, however, very flippant when I declined to reschedule my appointment, asking if I would like to come by and pick up the $45 receipt for the fee they just charged me. Will not be returning.

Unprofessional group of people. Beware of their hidden charges. Know your Dental coverage before walking into this place. Mary will do anything to make it sound like your insurance doesn’t cover so you pay more out of pocket.

My son had an appointment at 9:45am he was seen at 9:50am. Dr Nejat is a great dentist and explains everything in detail.

I had the best experience at this dentist office. The staff is so awesome. I couldn’t believe how inexpensive the prices were for the work I had done. I will be a patient for life. The dentist is the best I ever had in my life.

Dr Nejat is a very concerning and truly professional dentist. I called from the parking lot upon my arrival and was seen in a private room immediately- no waiting. My teeth were cleaned and a problem was found to which Dr Nejat gave me a referral and xrays. It was a very pleasant visit and I look forward to my next one!

I highly recommend Dr. Nejat, especially if you have dental anxiety. Like many people, I have a lot of dental anxiety and prior to seeing doctor Nejat I had allowed my anxiety to keep me from going to the dentist for far too long. This past winter I had a lot of work done by Dr. Nejat, and she helped me manage my dental anxiety. She is attentive to any discomfort you might be having and does her best to explain what she's doing and alleviate your fears. By my last visit with her, I was completely comfortable walking into her office -- no feelings of dread at all. This July I went back for my 6 month cleaning, and once again it she made it an easy experience. Things were a little different this time because of the pandemic, but I felt confident that she was taking all the necessary steps to protect her patients and staff. It felt safer from Covid there than it does standing in line for takeout or at the store. I cannot recommend Dr. Nejat highly enough. She is excellent in all aspects of her profession. Tried this office 3x. Each appointment waited between 15-30 minutes to be seen b/c appointments were overbooked. Because insurance was new and they hoped to max out services to include x-rays, they would not see me when I offered to pay out of pocket for a cleaning.

My two grandsons saw the doctor today, they returned home with nice smiles. The two boys had cracked teeth, you can't see them now. Great Job Doctor!

I am an employee at the office but I was seen for cavities that my general dentist told me I had. Once Dr. Nejat examined my xrays she let me know that she didn't see the cavities my dentist was speaking on. She was honest with me and explained what procedure I did need to have done. She's a wonderful person anyway. She listens to what you want and lets you know her opinion. I'm also afraid of needles and I didn't feel anything. I didn't stay numb as long as I usually do!! I was in search of a new dentist over 2 years ago. I received a flyer in the mail for Dr. Nejat. I have been truly satisfied with the practice. Dr. Nejat & her staff are knowledgeable, professional, polite and treat you with respect. They do not rush you and allow time to explain their findings, treatment plan and answer any questions. This demonstrates they are paying attention. I tried Dr. Nejat's practice when my dentist suddenly retired. Simply put, Dr. Nejat doesn’t respect your time. If you make an appointment for 11AM—it doesn’t matter because you’re working to Dr. Nejat's schedule. 11AM could be 1130AM or noon, it all depends. This may be your ideal dentist if you have nothing else to do with your day. Remember, the office actually sets the time and date of your appointment; your sole input is to agree or not. If you’re a first time patient of Dr. Nejat’s, it will be stressed that you must show up 15 minutes before your appointment. This is on the website and appointment confirmation notifications. This is done, presumably, so they can get your personal and insurance info. Pro tip: it doesn’t matter. I had downloaded the new patient forms from the website and had them completed prior to arriving 20 minutes early for my first appointment. They didn’t even ask to see them until about 10 minutes after my appointment should have started. My first visit was to be a routine checkup and cleaning. If you’re like me, your dental insurance covers two of these per year. Dr. Nejat has other ideas. For what remains an unclear reason to me, she was unable to provide the routine cleaning during my appointment. When I asked Dr. Nejat why this was, she gave a very confusing answer about my being a new patient and needing to give me a checkup before determining whether I needed a “deep” cleaning or not. Bottomline: not getting the cleaning that day and would have to schedule an another appointment for routine cleaning. Coming back for the cleaning, I ended up waiting for about 40 minutes before I decided I could do better. You can too. I tried Dr. Nejat's practice when my dentist suddenly retired. Dr. Nejat has been taking care of my boys since they were toddlers. They’re 19 and 18 now. Dr. Nejat and her staff is awesome, professional and kind. Her team is very welcoming. Staff was great, but the manager doesn't know how to run an office when it comes to insurance and billing. They sent me for a root canal telling me everything was covered by my insurance. After, the root canal I'm notified that I have to pay $372.00 for the crowning. Now, I'm stuck with a root canal and no crown. I wish they would had just pulled the tooth!!!!
