A crazy, painful and surreal experience. I’m still trying to make sense of it all. I hope I’m the exception. Not the norm.

oh how I wish I would do negative stars!!!!Dr. Schuh needs to lose her license! She didn't listen to our concerns as a family put my mother through so much added pain and was always hours and even a day late to appointments. Told her she was playing a dangerous game with my mothers health by not taking it as serious as it was and it ended up sending my mother into septic shock. Because of your negligence Dr. Schuh not only did my mother end up in an amputation but she also ended up with a bunch of other medical problems that are irreversible because you didn't listen! You should be ashamed of yourself for thinking you knew everything when clearly you didn't and completely disregarded our concerns. The front desk staff was so unprofessional and beyond rude. When I called about Dr. Schuh not showing up at all one day for an appointment they actually hung up on me. Communication does not exist here! Please I strongly advise you to seek your care elsewhere dont let the negligence of this staff and doctors affect you for the rest of you life!

Am going back for foot and ankle care with Dr. Schuh. I felt respected and she listened to me, was very gentle and knowledgeable. Bless her!

Haven't seen the Dr. yet. Appointment at 10:00am, now11.45am. Bring a good book, or call ahead to find out how backed up they are. They should warn people when they make and appointment that the wait could be (maybe always is?) this long. Sheesh!

I was a 1st time patient and my experience with Dr. Schuh was very good, she asked questions to me and answered my questions, she explained what I have and how she thought it needed to be treated, how to apply the treatment she did NOT rush off to see another patient and leave some tech do work on my feet the office staff were very pleasant and there was no waiting, they took my info even though I was 15 min. early. I give them a 5 stars review.

While I was treated kindly and with a smile, I did not find my several hours of time spent at this office to be recognized or put to good use. The fact that I had waited over 2 hours seemed to be brushed off, which at the time I hadn’t realized was because this was just like every day for them. My main problem and reason for appointment was a quick conversation that then lead to needing expensive foot inserts and surgery needed for something else, completely disregarding the painful issue I had really wanted treatment for and still need. If you are planning on seeing her and choose to continue care, you must know that there will always be an “emergency” or an excuse for why she is behind when in reality this is just a norm and how they treat their patients. If you are seeking reviews before an appointment, I truly hope you have a better experience than I did.

Yes, you may wait a couple hours to be seen, BUT...she is worth the wait. I was a new patient and I did read the reviews and some of them were kinda disappointed. How many doctors out there actually take the time with you and make you feel welcome? Well I know 3..and Mary is one of them. You may complain how long the wait is, but do you ever complain about the time she puts in with you? I highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you mary, and you have a awsome staff!!

All set to receive our new AFO's, but we had to cancel our fitting because Dr. Schuh, after several calls over a period of a week, will not sign and send her notes so insurance will pay for the AFO's. Try somewhere else first, it's a 3 month wait to get in anyways.
