Dr. Mary E Rupp

Dr Rupp has been my PCP for at least 10 years, she is wonderful, always listens with intent to my symptoms and appropriately prescribes the medicine needed. I feel very lucky to have her as my PCP!

Dr. Rupp is rude. I've only seen her twice over a several year span and both times thought her bedside manner was awful. She asked me why I was there. I said "I have a sinus infection". (I am 60 years old and I get them all the time, I know when I have one). Dr. Rupp had the nerve to say to me "how about you tell me about your symptoms and not a diagnosis" REALLY!! If she is arrogant enough to think that, it's one thing, but it actually came out of the woman's mouth.

Dr. Reddy shows little compassion for patient concern. He rushes patients and does not genuinely listen. He has his own agenda (narrow minded) and does not work with the patient to consider what works for them or their life. Dr. Berlin is accommodating and savvy with patient resources. No experience with Dr. Rupp.
